Spare battery is very expensive. But otherwise very cool bike. I contacted seller for extra keys and they promptly fulfilled my request. This is great customer service.

The bike was delivered with 2 large scratches and a broken reflector. When I say typical I mean they are always looking for a very cheap way to make the customer happy. I went back and forth with Nakto at least 10 times.They refunded part of the purchase price because I told them I was going to ship the bike back. Secondly, the deal we made was they would refund me part of the price and send me a reflector. That took another 2 weeks and I never received the reflector. I told them to send me $20 and I will find my own reflectors.I am happy to be done with them. I had to stay on top of this daily or I would never have received anything.This bike was for my wife. She told me that she would not recommend the bike because it only has 1 pedal asst speeds. My bike from a different company has 5 pedal-assist speeds. With her bike, you are going max speed or very slow.I know the bike is inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

Bought this bike because I love riding, but at my age (63) going up hills isn't enjoyable. I'm also 5'4" and wanted a bike that is easy on to enter/exit. This one meets that requirement. I couldn't give it five stars because the box came with three holes and bikes parts sticking out of each of them. Fortunately, it didn't break anything. However, there were several screws and bolts missing. The screws/bolts for the basket. We were able to utilize zip ties to secure the basket (which may last longer than screws, so no bad). It came mostly put together, and I had my son do the assembly. He's a natural at this type of activity, so there wasn't an issue. However, I wouldn't have attempted it myself. It rides VERY fast. It will take some tweaking of the breaks, but have enjoyed riding this bike. It's kind of heavy, and doesn't fold, so not good for travel.

pedal assist mode makes speed erratic. need to throttle without pedaling to get stable speed. range on full charge appears to be under 25 miles, judging by charge indicator showing low after 20 miles or less. the charge indicator consists of 3 leds- low, medium, high.; not very helpful. as a practical matter I limit use between charges 12 miles or less on flat ground. as typical for Chinese products, assembly/use instructions are near useless.I was pleasantly surprised by the basket which seems well designed and manufactured.as alternatives can run double the price, this may be the best choice for the frugal consumer. WARNING many parts are not rust resistant, ocean side residents beware.

Love this e bike. Easier on the knees and great for going up hills. Assembly instructions were not the best but got the bike assembled after a few hours. Would recommend

Love it! So nice to be able to go for long bike rides without dreading the hills.I'm getting more exercise now than on my regular bike.You still are pedaling.

I received this bicycle brand new boxed, as a birthday gift purchased on Amazon. Immediately, per precise “simple instructions” sent by seller, and checking the item for any visual damage that could have occurred, and attaching the front wheel. My first ride out, the REAR WHEEL with the motor hub, went entirely flat. I promptly tried to contact the seller and Amazon, and received absolutely no assistance. I am so disappointed with the lack of helpful service I received. I was enthused to try out a new brand as an avid cyclist. So after bringing a bike to a professional shop, I was told it was not reparable. I was told there was interior frame damage to the bike that was not visible.
