Omamori Himari Vol. 12

It is an ok volume and even though the ending while not bad, didn't really leave me very satisfied it was still an enjoyable read.

So let me be brief, this is a good manga and I enjoyed the entire series, and the artistic skills of the mangaka artist. Also, you will laugh a lot about the crazy things that occur on this last volume. Lol I would recommended

Not to bad of a finish to a good story

I loved the entire series but since I was rooting for Himari to be with him, I was a little disappointed with the ending :(

Anyone who has been following this manga over the past 7 years knows what you are getting: A well written story with developed characters that you care about, and enough action and sexual innuendos to satisfy loyal fans. You won't be disappointed with the ending. In today's internet world, readers don't have to spend money on any manga. However, if you want to support an artist and his/her work, then you need to put your money on the line sometimes. For me, Omamori Himari is well worth the money. Not only does Sensei Matra deliver an excellent ending but he adds a bit of heart-warming romance too. Finally, this volume answers two very important questions: Does Yuuto finally have sex with anyone in his harem and is Himari the first ayakashi he kills? I won't spoil the fun of reading the answers to these questions. Finally, I want to praise Matra for the ending. I'm sure that most readers have experienced a manga that is excellent up to the ending and then the mangaka gets tired of the whole process and quickly ends the story or writes an ending that ruins the whole story. Matra shows that he cares about his fans with this volume. No quick ending or unsatisfying conclusion to the harem aspect of the story, either. Three cheers to Matra Sensei.As for the story, Hirmari's increasingly erratic behavior causes everyone concern, especially Yuuto. She is slowly being controlled by her evil spirit, which has grown stronger after defeating Tamamo-no-Mae. In the end, Shizuku, my personal favorite in the harem, and Kaya lend Yuuto their support to try and save her. Himari establishes a barrier around Yuuto and Rinko' school, with the intention of luring Yuuto to her so that she can kill him. However, her good side, the one that loves Yuuto, is still able to assert itself. One of the most poignant scenes in the book is when Rinko tries to bring out the good side of Hirmari, while Hirmari contemplates which student to kill first, by asking about her love for Yuuto and stating that he thought about Hirmari more than he ever thought about Rinko. Action, romance, sex!! What better way to end a guilty pleasure? The volume also includes some history of the characters and Matra's thoughts about their development. A treat for Omamori Himari fans. I hope that Matra gives us more stories from the Omamori Himari universe. I urge everyone to consider buying this series and supporting this excellent author/artist. Highly recommended.

My son loves these books and says this one is as good as all the rest.
