Zinus Memory Foam 5 Inch Sleeper Sofa Mattress, Replacement Sofa Bed Mattress, Twin

I just got this 1 day ago, and I already am in love with it. I put it over a regular mattress,yes, I know it said it was for a sofa, which it is a bit thinner than my actual twin mattress but its okay its totally worth the money I paid, when I slept on it, it felt firm....but soft at the same time. I didn't wake up achey....and i felt refreshed the next morning.Also I had no problems with smell, like,at all. I was actually quite pleased because I couldn't smell anything at all ! Yay!Also, it came nicely packaged. It inflated all the way within opening the package, which is actually quite interesting to watch and fascinating, overall. If you need a pillow top mattress for your bed...i highly recommend this one. My body feels so much better and it's been a day. This is a premature review but i will update again. Thank you !!! We are using it for a twin size sofa bed. Never, and I mean never have I found a mattress for a sofa bed this good. Normally, sofa beds come with a marginally, barely passable mattress. This Zinus memory foam mattress is by far the best I ever had when it comes to mattresses for a sofa bed.I can say that sleeping (specially for my wife) that uses it very frequently due to my snoring it has becomes a non issue due to relief and comfort sleeping now. We have memory foam in our regular bed from Sealy Posturepedic, and the Zinus feels almost the same in comfort.

Too narrow. I wasn't home when the mattress was delivered, so I never saw it. We had a guest staying with us, and our twin sleeper's mattress was horrible and a spring came through, so we needed a replacement. I jumped on amazon and bought what looked like a great mattress that was advertised as twin. I did not double check the measurements which is my fault, but then if the mattress isn't twin size they shouldn't sell it as a twin. I just saw it today. The mattress looks high quality and is comfortable, but is too narrow. The poor quality mattress that came with the sleeper is at least wide enough to use it as a seating surface when closed. My guest is gone, and now I have to fold the sleeper up with the bad mattress and find somewhere to store this odd sized piece of foam.

This was my 2nd try replacing a really old loveseat size sleeper mattress. The old quality Broyhill innershring mattress had been squashed from its original 4.5 inches to only 3. I detest feeling the bar on sleeper sofas. With memory foam I figured 5 inches would work. I bought a different brand first but it was too soft even though ratings said it was firmer and OUCH those bars! I bought folding boogie boards but still too soft. Then I bought this 5 inch Zinus and I'm pleased but not thrilled. Its comfortable for a night or two but only with the boogie boards. I should have gotten the 6 inch which would still work with a sleeper because the foam squishes down. Or, I wish I could have afforded a more supportive 6 inch foam mattress. The mattress seems well made and would be fine for kids. Maybe there's no such thing as a comfortable traditional sleeper sofa once you reach a certain age.

If I didn't have to sleep every night this would get 1 star.It would make for terrible artwork, you can't bathe with it, the flavor is a little bland, my kids are afraid of it, the neighbors don't find it to be a good lawn ornament, it doesn't fit in my pocket and batteries are not included.But I am cursed with needing to sleep every night.

A nice topper....this is not a mattress replacement unfortunately. It was significantly smaller than the one I was attempting to replace. I have to use it as a smaller topper to the old mattress. With this said, this is a very nice product ... too bad it isn’t a few inches bigger 😐

This is an awesome mattress. It arrived quickly, as promised and was easy to set up — I used it about 8 hours after unrolling it and it was fine, no chemical odors, and way more comfortable than the mattress that originally came with my sleeper sofa. The new mattress is maybe an inch longer than the old one, but still folds into the sofa without any problem. So glad I made this purchase — I sleep easier at night.

Super comfortable and packaged really interesting. You can't beat this mattress for the price. It's really quite remarkable how good the quality is considering how inexpensive. I purchased for my twin sleeper sofa and it is a little more narrow than the twin frame though. I would not take that away from the stars, just a difference in size between my sleeper sofa and this mattress and it did not bother my guest.BTW - my guest slept on the mattress for five nights and she could not believe how comfortable it was. No complaints whatsoever.

1 week that I can sleep well with this mattress!

i bought two of this mattress for an expandible daybed / guest bed but the bedframe was out of stock and i had family and friends coming to visit so while waiting for the bedframe to come back in stock, i decided to just get the mattresses. that was back in april. fast forward to july and the bedframe is finally in stock and i finally have it in my home ! only to find that when i put the mattress on the bedframe, it's not actually a twin sized mattress. it's a narrow twin, which is much smaller.amazon won't do anything to help me because it's outside of the return window, so i wasted almost 400$. don't get this if you're actually looking for a TWIN sized mattress and not a NARROW TWIN sized mattress.

The mattress initially seems to be comfortable, but I haven't spent a night on it. I cannot feel the support bars when laying down but do if I'm sitting and my weight is not spread out. There was no strong smell. The mattress did expand to it's full 5" thickness however it is NOT A STANDARD twin. Both the twin I took off the pullout and the twin on my son's bed measure about 37.5" wide. This mattress is only 32" wide so there is a large gap between the mattess and the edge of the frame.

Its listed as twin, but way to small for a twin bed.Standart twins are 38 inch. This one is 33. Had to call Amazon support for refund. Item comes air pressurized, so after opening it, it is impossible to return it back. Waste of money and time
