Custom NightGuard - Pack of 2 - Dental Mouth Guard for Teeth Grinding, Anti Grinding Dental Night Guard, Stops Bruxism, Tmj & Eliminates Teeth Clenching

I grind my teeth at night and normally use a custom-made dental guard I buy from my dentist unfortunately this dental guard has worn down and I am unable to see my dentist for a replacement. I bought this product on the recommendations and reviews online for this product and I am glad I took the chance and purchased this dental guards. They fit my mouth as good as my custom-made dental guard so I will continue to purchase this dental guard it is a lot cheaper and does the same job and is excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this product.

I bought this because I grind my teeth in my sleep, I have tried other brands with no success but seeing that these were thinner than other brands I thought I'd give it a go. They're easy to use, relatively comfortable to wear. In my opinion they're good value for money. I unfortunately have found that I am unable to use any type of mouth guard because I spit them out in my sleep. Also, they're not very comfortable to wear if you also use a CPAP machine for sleep apnea, so if you do use a CPAP, then I don't recommend using a mouth guard.

Delivery was quick. I followed the enclosed instructions but left them in the hot water for slightly longer. Moulded them and they are quite comfortable with a hint of mint flavour that wasn't overpowering.

I suffered from a very sore jaw due to the grinding of my teeth.Order this as an alternative to getting one from the dentist.Really simple and easy to fit and use with heating in boiling water (I left mine in for 5-10 seconds past what is recommended).Moulds well to your teeth, the process wasn’t uncomfortable at all.Great fitting product, doesn’t feel bulky wearing (I have used some previously that felt like sports mouth guards).

The instructions are easy to follow, it took me a couple of days to get used to have something in my mouth during the nights.

Excellent buy! It does what is meant to do. Much cheaper then getting one done by the dentist. I would strongly recommend.

Uncomfortable and fell out of my mouth despite multiple attempts

These are designed to do a number of different jobs. If you mould one to your lower teeth that will probably do you for teeth grinding. But to prevent snoring I find its best with both. I guess you could try with either and see what suits you best. They seem quite shallow compare to others that I have had but they work okay and don’t drop out. They are easy to mould if you leave them in the very hot water for about three times longer than they suggest. I guess they don’t want to be blamed for people scalding themselves but you get a better fit the more pliable the plastic is.
