Perfect Stix Wooden Cutlery Combo Kit (Pack of 400)

I got these to make packing lunch for the office more convenient now that we are not using shared dishes/dishwasher (for safety). I chose these because I thought pre-wrapped disposable utensils were the most hygienic option, and I feel much less guilty choosing a biodegradable option.These utensils are actually a little sturdier than I expected, and I am happy with the quality.Unfortunately, I’ve used about dozen sets so far, and have already had several that didn’t include a fork. The photos show clear packaging, but mine actually arrived in white paper packages, so it’s not apparent which sets include all three utensils until you go to use them. Since I typically need a fork, I’ve gotten into the habit of packing two sets just in case. Since two of the main reasons I made this purchase were 1. convenience, and 2. a desire to minimize the impact of waste created as much as possible under the circumstances, this is pretty disappointing. I think these are still a decent buy overall, but my fingers are crossed that there will be fewer missing forks for the rest of the packs...Side note: Ya’ll might be wise enough to know better already, but due to the paper wrappers, I would recommend packing these separately from your meal if you use ice packs. I first packed it in a pocket inside my lunchbox, but the moisture inside the bag (even without direct contact with the packs) had nearly saturated the paper by lunchtime.

These are handy to have for camping and are reusable to a point before they start to splinter and break down. Mine came in a paper envelope, rather than the package with a clear plastic side on it, and I prefer the paper! When camping, I like to toss these in the fire to dispose of, and the paper burns better than the clear wrap I would think. I love the fact they they are biodegradable so if one gets left behind, there's no guilt! The knife surprisingly cuts quite well! I have cut through a grilled steak, no problem. Be careful with the fork, the tines are not the sturdiest, but they are comparable to any good plastic ware. Will continue to buy and keep stocked up!

adorable - added washi tape to the handles and they were the hit of the party. however, the spoons were unusable as almost all of them were splintering. you could feel it when holding the handle - even the part you put in your mouth had splinters! no thank you! the knives had lots of splinters as well. the forks were mostly alright, but i couldn't bring myself to use them or allow my guests and their little children to use them after seeing the spoons and knives. terrible quality. i guess you get what you pay for since they were cheap, but i just assumed cheap would never mean dangerous.

Fantastic. These are a wonderful product. When my dad was visiting he said they were a throughback to the 30s when they used to make these (prior to plastics). Work well much more durable than plastic.And no, I didn't get a free product or reduced price for this review. I don't know why Amazon still allows that non-sense. Please encourage Amazon to stop spamming on their site. If price paid is less than half current price, review drops off site - I personally don't care about a review someone did of a product that they paid a penny for!

They don't hold up under heat super well, but much better than plastic does. They have little to no curvature as others have stated. I haven't found this to be much of a problem. I haven't caught a splinter form these, but they do fray rather easily. Overall I feel much better about myself for being a lazy slob who hates doing dishes because I now use these over plastic. Keep hating me and I'll switch back.... naw I'm kidding, haters gonna hate. You just go on and do your thing.

LOVE these simple wooden cutlery. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon. I hand painted the handles for my daughters party and the kiddos loved using utensils that were just the perfect size for them. Excellent product and just as described and as seen in photo posted by the seller

I bought these for a lumber jack party, I didnt know what to expect, but I fell in love with them. They are very sturdy, and the knives are sharper than plastic knives. The only thing I had to get used to was the feel of them when you take a bite of something, they are on the dry side, so your mouth kind of gets stuck sliding food off the spoon or fork. hard to explain, but it wasnt that big of an issue. I will buy these again.

I ordered these for my daughter's first birthday party, as a means to cut down on plastic consumption and be more Eco-friendly; and I will probably order another set or so just to have around the house.Like a few other reviewers said, some DO have splinters. This wasn't a problem for me since I just pulled stray splinters off with a pair of tweezers as I was making utensil sets for the party. The quality seems very sturdy, though we haven't tested them out with food. The knife appears that it will perform the same as that of a plastic one. I will update after the party. So excited to use these!

They're fine and worked well

if you're looking to purchase this to cut down on your plastic use- don't bother. it comes double wrapped in plastic :(

I ordered these because I didn't want to use plastic, but it came wrapped in three layers of it. Each type of cutlery is in one bag, then a bundle of the three types in a second bag, then two bundles in a third. They also feel weird on your teeth; many of us ended up switching to metal utensils for our meal. Plus they were a little rough sometimes and I worried about splinters. I'll probably end up using the remaining ones to mark rows in my garden. Would definitely not buy again.

Los utensilios están muy bonitos y resistentes, son totalmente reutilizables si así lo deseas. Dan un toque diferente a tus reuniones y por el precio son mucho mejor opción que los plásticos. Tamaño normal (No pasteleros). Excelente producto.

These utensils really impact the taste of food, the taste of wood is what followed every bite unfortunately.The odd piece had splinters which was surprising and very unpleasant. Perhaps avoid this product.
