Great upgrade
Needed new brake calipers for a Schwinn LeTour I am rehabbing. Got very fast shipping from Sun Cycle Warehouse, and the calipers arrived in perfect condition. Installation was easy for me, and the brakes work great. Tektro calipers are my brake of choice for my project bikes: good performance at a very reasonable price.

Works better than single pivit.
These are much better than the single pivot brakes originally on the bike. Pretty close to the V Brakes on newer bikes. Good job Tektro.

Would get a second set for another bike
I love the room it gave my vintage road bike to fit a 700x28 tire and stopping power is fine feel reliable

Great clearance for wider rims and tires!
Great fit and finish on these sturdy calipers! I upgraded my road bike to wider rims and tires and needed calipers that could clear them both. I have never had a problem with Tektro brakes!

Cheap and works.
Works great but be sure to have the right length mounting nut for your thickness of chainstay mount or fork.
