I love my new tool kit! I mainly bought it for the pink drill, hammer, box cutter, scissors, wrench....well just about everything. I used the drill to screw a nail in the wall to hang a picture and it did the job well, and it's light weight (great for over head positions). But don't expect it to work like a Dewalt hammer drill. It's only 4.8 volts with little torque! I use the box cutter all the time because I'm constanly cutting up boxes from Amazon orders. The little screw drivers came in handy too to replace the batteries on my car remote control. It also comes with a box of extra screws nails, ect. If you are a woman in construction, or a SERIOUS do it yourselfer, this is NOT the kit for you. You will not be satisfied. Dewalt has some nice light weight tools. This kit is definately just for small stuff around the house which is a necessity. I can't count the numerous times when I wanted a light drill to assemble a desk, or shelf and I had to use a rusty old screw driver that hurt my hand. This would make a great gift for some of my girlfriends! Cute and fun and just for her! I give this kit 5 stars for the quality and its' purpose.FOUR MONTHS LATER: I've been using my tool kit quite often. I haven't used everything, but I'll tell about what I have used.1. Cordless drill: First let me correct myself, this is NOT a drill it's a cordless screwdriver (even thought they call it a drill). If you want a pink drill, they sell them on ebay. The origianl company is in the UK called pinktoolbox and part of the money goes to breast cancer just like the apollo line of oink tools. As fars as this cordless driver goes, I wish it had a bit more torque. But it can do light jobs. One of the many tasks I did was assemble a stand for my mother's new digital tv. I also hung up picture, ect. The bits are good.2. Box cutter: can get annoying. I order A LOT from Amazon and I need a good box cutter to cut up the boxes for recycling and this one sucks! When I try to cut boxes with this thing, the blade rides back up into the plastic casing. Not very useful :(3. I worry about using this hammer on any heavy project. There is a label on the hammer that reads, "This tool can be made to chip if struck against a hardened nail......". You do the math!4. What works great: measuring tape, leveler, percision screwdrivers and scissors.5. Have not used yet: wrench, pliers, tape and putty knife.Again, I still love this kit even months later, but they should have made a better pink hammer and drill. I only paided 29.99, now they raised the price to 39.99. They should have raised the quality. But I still say it's a must have for women who do SMALL jobs around the house. This kit gets used A LOT. It's sooooo handy and I'm glad I bought it!

This is a great tool kit to have on hand for those random household emergencies. Everything is easy to put away. The kit is lightweight, yet sturdy. There's a lot of bang for your buck here. My husband talked smack when he saw it, but he's had to use something in it at least 10 times in our 3 months of having it.

Bought as a gift for my mother in law. She loved it, especially the fact that it came in pink!Pros - Feels really durable. Nice compact size, versatile, color choices!Cons- If I had to say something I would say maybe add an electric screwdriver option, but honestly this set is pretty complete.

Great set! For the price. The cordless screwdriver works surprisingly well. It has helped me assemble a lot of furniture in the new house. And the pink color means my house full of guys leave it alone. Win-win!

I have recently become a handy person and this was a great intro person to building simple things. It has all the basic tools you'll need and works well. My two issues are that it doesn't come with regular screw drivers, you have to use the power drill, which isn't horrible, just inconvenient for a quick tightening. Second, the scissors don't stay on super well, so you have to kind of hold it while you close the lid.

I got this for my daughter when she went off to college. Came in handy a couple times.

This is my second time buying this product as the first I guarded like gold was vandalized by a worker who came to fix our new showers, leaving only the pack.This product has everything you need in a home as per tools. The quality is good, and material is of high quality. The inside packing is really beautiful and easy to use and arrange after each use.

This is a nice kit for occasional home repair use.The hammer is light, great for hanging pictures, pounding finish nails that have worked they're way out, etc. It's not a framing hammer and doesn't have to weight behind it to efficiently be used as such.I find myself busting into the kit to use small screw drivers since it's usually closer than my tools.The larger screwdriver works well and has enough attachments for most jobs users of this kit will run into.The box cutter is probably the lowest quality tool in the kit. It's not something that should be used for heavy use, such as cutting drywall. The blade doesn't do a great job of staying locked in place, so it can be pulled out and pushed when doing heavy cutting. It's fine for opening amazon packages and other light use jobs. Instructions should probably be included for how to break the box cutter blade. it's the type of blade that has several sections that are scored on both sides. When the blade gets dull, you simply break off the end of it and the new end is nice and sharp. I found my girlfriend trying to press the blade against the floor in an attempt to break it off. I stopped her before the blade snapped off, went flying, and she or someone else lost an eye. I imagine that other users of this may not have experience with this type of tool, and would benefit from knowing that it's much easier and safer to use the supplied pliers to break off the end of the razor blade. A warning label of what not to do on the tool may be better.Everything seems to be of good enough quality for occasional use. The kit is pretty much what I expected, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a pink tool set.
