Don't bother!
Don't bother, I bought this hoping that a mat would provide more evenly piped & band Macaron. The mat kept creeping up during the bake, the macarons round the edge burning whilst the ones in the middle are practically raw & then they are wet underneath & don't dry out properly. I don't have this problem when baking on grease proof paper. Total waste of money. Would have added a picture but the bake is in the bin!
