Use this as an extension to the original kit I purchased and it fit very very well into the original. It comes with a joiner and hose clamps and they work flawlessly. I did also purchase a cloth cover for this hose to prevent any damage while being on the ground as one of the higher and RV motorcoach companies are now doing from factory.

This is the replacement part when your hose is about 10' long unstretched, or 21' stretched to the limit.It is of the same quality as the original hose. In our case, 10 months into full time, the hose failed, pinholesand a crack. This hose appears to be of identical construction. I could find no equivalent part, so boughtthis one.

We bought this hose to replace our stiff, hard to store one for our Roadtrek 210 Popular. This hose is very flexible and easily stored in the small section of the exterior side drawer (behind drivers seat). Fits perfectly and works well with the Sureflow macerator.We love it and will buy again (if ever need to replace).

I'm amazed at the quality of this hose. When unpacking I noticed the weight of the hose and how well made it was. It feels very durable and is better quality then my original hose that has lasted for years. When we came to this new camp ground the hook up was over 20' away, saw this on Amazon used and purchased. I simply removed the 4 inch drain connection and the union was already attached connected the 2 and the 4 inch plug and in under a minute I was good to go. I only stretched to 10' didn't need any more, so not sure of the actual length but sure it would.

This is a just-in-case add-on (which I found out recently I REALLY needed) to connect to the original 21-foot retractable hose that came with my Thetford Macerator. We've been very happy with the performance of the macerator over a number of months as it has allowed me to do away with the previous "stinky slinky" setup in the coach's water bay. However, at this month's Tiffin rally in Lewisburg WV we had a FHU back-in site (on gravel) where the sewer, water, and electric HUs were so far behind and off to the side of our coach that we could not reach the sewer connection with our typical 21-ft macerator hose setup. Fortunately, I also had on board a brand-new (and very stiff, previously unused) 75-ft 3/4" coiled garden hose which I was able to adapt to the macerator setup in order to connect to the sewer. [The 75-ft hose was really purchased to use at my house in case I ever needed to dump the RV's tanks into my house's sewer trap.] After wrestling with that way-too-long (and stiff) garden hose I knew I needed a better "just-in-case" extension for our macerator system. Problem solved!

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased the pump and additional 20' of hose so I could dump my RV in a clean-out in my garage. My uncle has been using this for many years, before Thetford took over the product.Total distance to the cleanout was about 35', with only a 3' raise from the RV. The host was laid out smooth on concrete, with no turns or bends. When I turned on the pump the hose expanded and created numerous complete circles about every 12". As I walked around the RV to see this, the connection between the two hoses separated and I was pumping raw sewage through my garage. I ran to the other side of the RV and turned the pump off, but the damage was done.I called my uncle and explained what happened and he said he'd never had a problem with his hose, but again, he bought it when SaniCon was a independent company.I called Thetford the following Monday, and after an hour on hold, I chose to have their system call me back. I was called back and was told they had never heard of this before. I was promised a call back from the product manager yet no call came after a week. I ended up sending the entire purchase back, as even if I could solve the hose problem, my dealing with Thetford Customer Service were not encouraging.I did a controlled test where I removed the sewer end to make sure it was JUST open hose, and had my wife hold the open end into a portable dump container. (She's a trooper!). I took a video of what the hose does when the pump is engaged. It is attached to this review. If the pump is left on, the hose continues to tighten the loops, which I'm sure if why the hoses separated. Note that I offered this video to Thetford, too.Both the hose that came with the unit and the additional 20' hose I purchased exhibited the same problem as is seen on the video. This test was just the original piece of 20' hose.

Perfect replacement for Roadtrek RS; I did not have to open the hose storage box to install.

Easy to use, takes a little space to store. Just what I want.

Had a hard time finding this hose but when I did I bought two just incase I ever need another one. Fits perfect and works fine.

Very sturdy construction. This is exactly the hose that forms part of the original system on my motorhome.
