Could I get a list of the tools and what they’re used for?

sorry I don't know the proper names, but I have used it for the clips that hold the hood liner to fix window washer sprayers and lines, the hidden clips that are around the radio, the metal key looking things to pull the factory radio, and door panel clips to get at the speakers. out of the kit I have used 4 things but if I ever need one of the other tools that is needed to do other things I have them. watch videos of trim removal for your vehicle they might use some of the stuff in this kit to not scratch the area they are working on. Is The Plastic Cancerious?

I’m good so far, but I think there is a warning on the package. It is made in China, but you can never really be 100% when buying anything. They are good tools tho.

Can these tools be used to remove a VW bumper?

If it is held on with plastic pushpins that look like golf Ts or plastic clips yes. I used them to remove my tacoma grill and valance. The black ones are metal and work to pry the clips the blue tools are plastic and help keep from damaging the paint. They also give before you snap the piece but if you have a bunch of tabs to remove and have never done it I suggest buying a few in advance just in case.
