Very good, it taught me a lot and I had a chance to use it in real life when some idiot attacked me while I was in a grocery line. There was something wrong with this guy and I feel if I did not know this he would of hurt me real bad. Even with people standing around and were shocked that this person would attack someone like me who can barely walk and with a cane, but no one did anything, they were cowards.

This is an instruction video with no drills. It explains self-defense techniques for those with little or no experience. The speaker explains the how-tos and the why's. This is geared to regular people who need to have some way to defend themselves in surprise situations. I liked the instruction method so much I ordered more videos from this producer.

Really good video, nothing ridiculous just useful

Fairly straight forward,much of it was similar to baton training I learned in the military. The DVD does let you see the flow of the moves well.

Save your money, I give this no Stars. You get more from a real martial arts Weekend course for the same price if not a little bit more. This guy does not seem to have a clue. There are better videos out there. Again save your money.

a good dvd for walking cane defense based mainly on the Filipino martial arts mostly blocking and striking it would be a good dvd for your collection
