The facet looks great. Installs quickly. The main issue I have with it is the sensor. It requires your hands to be too close to the sensor and above the sink. I find that my hands just don't go there and therefore the water goes off to easily. Perhaps there is some adjustments that can be made to the sensor.

The unit works as it should and all of the visible descriptions are what uou should expect. The only thing that kept it from 5 stars is the housing under the sink seems very cheap and I'm concerned the plastic casing won't last. Time will tell.

I purchased six of these faucets to replace manual faucets at a private swim club that was set to open during the pandemic. I am pretty handy but I’m not a professional. Installation was a snap. Everything I needed was included (excluding batteries). The ability the set water temperature worked perfectly. The range of motion seemed wide enough to activate without waving my hands around. And as they are in a public space they get a good workout. Only long-term will I see how long the batteries last but so far they have not failed on any of the six units.Follow up two years later: Of the five units I installed, four are still working just as well as the day I installed them with the original batteries. One of the units failed but I'm happy enough with the other units I'm replacing with the same item.

I have to take back my first review. It’s definitely working great. Just make sure you don’t over tighten it or the plate will buckle. Also it’s sole as Halo when I ordered, but there is not brand name on it or the box. Just amazon

I needed an automatic faucet for several reasons. Some of the high end models cost upwards of $600 which is a lot (in my opinion). This model on Amazon seemed reasonable in comparison. However, when I received it, I could see it was “cheaply” made. You can feel the quality of the materials and the quality of the workmanship. I really did not want to install something and then have it fail in 6 months. Not saying that it would fail, but it “felt” like it would. If you are a particular person like I am, I think its better to spend an extra $100 and get a Kohler brand from Home Depot. The quality is much better, they have a 5 year warranty and you will probably feel better about it. Not saying the Kohler’s can’t break. I’m just saying I went out and got a Kohler Willamette Battery Powered Touchless Single Hole Bathroom Faucet and I really like it. You can take a chance on the Amazon ones, but I think you might be better off going for a Kohler.

Faucet has been nice. If buy it again. The power/control box is huge and the only way I could hide it is by placing it within the wall. I'm going to make a cover for it. Although every now and then it comes on when no one is in the room. I truly don't think I have a ghost but it is not cool when this happens at 630 in the morning.

Absolutely perfect! Easy to install. We have Sink close to water heater and heats fast. Lots of pressure! Great price for this type of faucet.

We installed in a sink very close to the water heater so we are happy with the results. If it were far then I think the water would always be cold.
