Almost as good as a professional steam cleaner
It just works. You can buy this unit for less than the price of one professional steam cleaning service, and I'd say the results are almost as good. The solution is a bit expensive, but you can find generic versions that work well. If you have a very dirty carpet, just get it and try it out.

Nice at first but poor design
The cleaner worked well for almost two years but poor design took its toll and the brush air motor shaft rusted and seized, then it was done. This new design is just as bad or worse than the old one. Very sad.
