24' X 30' Extra Heavy Duty White Tarp

Used this 24” x 30” tarp to build a tent for our 30-person scout trip — perfectly covered two extra-long picnic tables (~3-4 standard picnic tables) with lots of room on the edges. I needed 300’ of rope to suspend it between two trees pretty far apart and to secure the corners etc. You can Google around about how to DIY a big tent like this when you’ve graduated from pop-ups. Also used four telescoping poles.Didn’t have an opportunity to see it perform in the rain, but it kept the sun off during a hot day and kept the dew of the tables in the morning.One flag for this application is that while the corners are reinforced, the remaining holes are not indestructible. I cinched two by applying too much pressure. That was my fault, but, you should know you can’t whale on the eyelets and expect them to survive.

You often get what you pay for but this worked great for an outdoor wedding to cover up two 10'x30' tents put together to make a 20'x30' area.

This tarp is far more durable than those we’ve used in the past. We’ve been very happy with the water proof quality this tarp adds. Easy on/easy off and the grommets hold up really well. We tied it down this year, but I recommend bungee straps if you have some of good quality.

I bought this tarp to cover my 20’(L)x20’(W)x 7’(H) chicken pen. The thickness and size of the tarp are great. The grommets on the corner are reinforced well but the rest of the grommets do not even hold up to the tension that I have placed on grommets from cheaper made tarps. I hope that this issue is fixed because the tarp is great but the grommets are not very durable.

Good tarp

I used the tarp to replace a tent canopy over outdoor equipment. The grommets began to tear loose immediately. I reinforced the tarp edges with duct tape and then installed more and more clamp-grommets. Every month I would repair one or more tears. After ten months, the tarp was decomposing with a multitude of random holes. At month thirteen, a wind storm resulted in large tears rendering the tarp to trash.

The price was great and the size was big enough for my project so it was a winning purchase for me. Would buy again.

Like the color to keep the tarp cool in the Texas sun, Working fine so far, one eyelet on the side pulled out while tying it down, closer observation of the eye shows it did not get pressed together hard enough to close it up completely.
