Ray-Ban RB4105 Folding Wayfarer Square Sunglasses

I started using Ray-Ban folding wayfarers over 20 years ago and haven't used anything else since. The folding design is great for being able to carry and stash them more easily, and it seems to make the frames less likely to suffer some of the types of damage that glasses with fewer points of flexibility are likely to suffer. The folding design seems to make them fit around a head more comfortably, too. The folding frames are especially great for hiking and backpacking, but they do just fine anywhere else, too. The relatively large lenses are superb for keeping sun, wind, and grit out of your eyes, and they're large enough to protect most peripheral vision. I've used both polarized and regular lenses and like both. Regular lenses are a bit easier to keep clean, but there's no question that polarizing brings out depth, color, and detail in sky, clouds, water, and reflecting surfaces that regular lenses can't. For driving or being around water in sunny conditions, polarized lenses are unbeatable. The pair I ordered came from Sunglass Express: they arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and were a very good price.

These are my favorite pair of ray ban sunglasses! Before purchasing this pair, I tried on the original style wayfarer and the new style wayfarer, but these folding wayfarer fit the best. I felt the OG style wayfarer were too boxy and big on my face as well as much heavier on the face and has a large tilt. The new style wayfarer seemed too small on my face and didn't have that stand out pop as the OG. The folding wayfarer fit perfectly, does not have a large tilt so does not look awkward when you smile with it on, and about 3 times as lighter than the OG while maintaining the classic ray ban look. Also, the fit is a little tighter as it wraps around the head more than the OG and the legs are bit shorter. Hopefully this helps, but the best way to compare is to try on all 3 before buying one.

I shopped around for a while looking at all different kinds of sunglasses before I eventually decided on these ones, and I'm very happy with my decision. They've got the timeless Wayfarer look and the authentic Ray Ban quality. I get compliments on them all the time! Additionally, the way that they fold is always a conversation starter for whoever happens to see me put them in or take them out of the case. I've been wearing them for several months now, and they've remained entirely scratch-free, so I'd say that the frames and the lenses are both surprisingly durable to remain in such good shape. I'd buy these again in a heartbeat!

These are great sunglasses! They cut through glare better than any other sunglasses I've owned. I like that they fold up as well and fit into a nice and small case! Also, these are the larger of the folding wayfarers which fit my head nicely whereas the smaller folding wayfarers pinched my temples a bit! Make sure you try out the large and small sizes for yourself before purchasing!!

My first Ray-Ban and I am not at all disappointed. I will admit, I was hesitant to get something that folds because it would show and look ugly. It was the contrary, looks flawless!!!!! The finish is so good, it is amazing. The tint is excellent and better than any $1 to $40 that I have purchased earlier. I can wear it in the sun, in the shade, in the room and in the dark without constricting the contrast just affecting the brightness, it is amazing!!!!!! I will never to cheap ones again. Since, I got glasses recently after the purchase of these, I was worried that I will have to return them for prescription ones that are custom made. Turns out, I can use stick-on magnifiers at the base because the lens are big enough and it doesn't show on the outside. I am so thrilled with its versatility that my new frame for my progressive lenses are also Ray-Ban!!!!!!!!!

Received these yesterday in HORRIBLE condition! First of all, the two pieces on the part where the glasses fold in the center on the bridge of the nose do not align properly, causing the glasses to look crooked. Secondly (but not less importantly), I took these out of the box to find that they had obviously been tried on & the seller did not even bother to CLEAN them before shipping them out! There were nasty, grubby fingerprints ALL over the frame and lenses of the glasses, and these DISGUSTING oily droplets on either side of the nose part, as though someone with super oily skin had tried them on & not wiped them off! GROSS! I am sending these back immediately & would NOT order from this company again!

Overall great sunglasses, perfect fit and great look. Can conveniently fold up multiple times for a compact fit in even just your pocket without much worry about damaging them. Would recommend!

Exactly as specified by seller, fit great, look great and are authentic raybans! Love the folding feature, seams are barely visible when opened, I suspect they will serve me well backpacking and fly fishing due to the compact size and excellent build quality.

Los compré para mi pareja, porque le había perdido unos WayFarer normales, y la verdad es que están hermosos y el detalle de que se pliegan los hace prácticos y muy monos. De hecho, pensé que se vería la ranura del pliegue y para nada, elegí los negros mate.

Very authentic and passes all tests... looks very smart too... just that when you touch the RB logo on the left glass you can actually feel thats engraved and not laser imprinted like how it should be... thats the only doubt I had. Else everything is spot-on!

Habe mir bereits 3 dieser Modelle zugelegt und mit Sehstärke-Gläsern bestücken lassen. Brille sitzt sehr gut, ist spitze verarbeitet und sieht gut aus.

Very stylish and always great quality from ray ban. Fit perfect and fold into a small case for easy storage in pocket or bag. The folding parts work well and Amazon is the cheapest place to purchase this brand
