DEVMO 3PCS Mic Microphone Sensor High Sensitivity Sound Detection Module Compatible with A-rduino PIC AVR

Original order was missing 2 modules but seller was super understanding of the quantity mix up (they also sell individually so it was a simple error). They were very friendly and quick to send me the missing ones. All work great! Highly recommend.

I hoped to use these modules with an Arduino or Raspberry Pi-PICO, but never could get them to produce a useful signal. The documentation is sketchy at best. I unsoldered the electret microphones and used them with a couple of op amps to get a nice signal out. Not worth returning. Without setup information they're useless, but I got three electret mics anyway. What do the two red LEDs do? Who knows. Which way to I turn the trimmer potentiometer? That info is missing. (The red LEDs are so bright it's difficult to see the screwdriver slot on the trimmer pot.)
