The media could not be loaded.  This toy is great!! We used to have one that mounted on the ceiling, but it died. I hadn’t been able to find a really good replacement option.We have a couple other Hexbug products (for people and pets) and they’ve all been good quality. This one is no different.It’s well made, works as advertised, and most importantly my cats really like it!! It has multiple speeds, so you could have it slower for older or slower cats, or faster for ones that like to charge around like maniacs.I particularly like that it will sometimes turn the laser off for a few seconds, that’s a cool feature that keeps the cats on their toes.One thing I want to mention is it has a timer...it runs for five minutes then turns off. I didn’t notice mention of this in the manual (but I didn’t look hard, either) but wanted to mention it so nobody thinks that their Pigeon isn’t working.

The media could not be loaded.  My dogs seem to enjoy it as much as the cats. I saw the toy first at the animal shelter I volunteer at and thought it would be fun for my own cats. We had one issue; it fell off a table and quit rotating. I fiddled around with it, twisting the "head" back and forth a few times and it seems to be back to working condition. It's a very cute toy and keeps my pets occupied.

It is a really neat toy, but it is loud. The cats are so distracted by the buzzing that they don’t even see the laser.I think it’s super cool. It’s great for impromptu dance party.

My 11 year old loves it! I turn it on for her a few times a day. Sometimes she just watches it and sometimes she spends the 5 minutes chasing the light. I usually have to turn it back on for another 5 minutes. It is a great way for her to get a little exercise and have some fun! Plus the lil toy is cute for the humans :) I definitely recommend.

Great idea but not made well. My cats LOVED this. I have one cat that is addicted to lazer lights and she will just sit by it and wait for someone to turn it on. My cats will play with this for an hour easy. Which leads to the ..1st problem. It shuts off after 5 minutes. So I had to keep turning it back on. Then it seemed like it only would stay on for 1 or 2 minutes at a time.The 2nd problem.. It quickly used up batteries. 3rd day and was on 3rd set of batteries.The 3rd problem.. It stopped working correctly. It would only stay on for a minute and wouldn't spin when you place it down. It would spin in your hand though. Which completely negates why i bought it.So it broke by the 3rd day. It didn't fall or anything. My cats didn't go near the device or harm it.It's too bad, if it lasted a few months, I'd easily would of purchased it again.I looked up some others and am trying a different brand.(Edit. I came back to add that after a few days it started working again. I did buy another brand that i like but it doesm't spin like the hex. My cats like both and we use both together. But this one needs to have a longer time length for sure.* added photo for proof of purchase

Would NOT recommend.The laser and movement is great for my cat... but it doesnt stay on for more than 30-40 seconds then i have to turn it off and on again. I bought this so i wouldnt have to play with my cat all day, but now im playing with his toy all day turning it back on 😤😫

This is by far my cats favorite toy. The only downsides are that I've kicked it a few times, so my first one broke, but they liked it so much I bought a second. The other negative is that because they like it so much, one round is not enough and it has to be restarted over and over. I have automatic laser pointers as well, but they like this one better, something about the randomness of the laser maybe. Would highly recommend buying. Your bored cat will thank you. The batteries seem to last quite a while as well.

The media could not be loaded.  I don’t know why review asked about remote because it doesn’t have remote control. Anyway this cat toy is a lot fun fun for cats. It has three different modes each a different speed and pattern. The laser moves all sound not just in circles. I am very glad I got it for our cat a highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great laser light cat toy. Once again I am so pleased!

love this product for the times I can't run my cat around. It has 3 different speeds and goes back and forth. cat loves it. i don't like that she stares into it, and doesn't have a wide range.

Seemed like a good purchase for about a week then the light stopped going uo or down and just rotated weakly.Not reccomended.

This is a great laser toy my cats absolutely love it I'm very glad I purchased it! It's got 3 speed settings, it automatically shuts off after 5 minutes which I like and it's very quiet. Great value too at $20 you can't beat that for a toy like this!

It makes stupid noise. But it is interactive though. However, I prefer the normal one over this one

Got it for my cats, who enjoy it, but was pleasantly surprised when I found out my daschund LOVES it too.
