Moultrie M8000i Invisible Flash Trail Camera (2019) | Compatible Mobile, Pine Bark

Bring this camera back (8000i) or utilize the 8000i image quality technology in your new cameras. The 2021 DELTA series is AWFUL AWFUL picture quality and terrible setting options...was it just too much to offer a one minute setting? The XV7000i picture quality is GREAT, similar to M8000i.

Like the camera......BUT!!!Something is defective with one of the two I got recently. One is over heating in the battery compartment? It spent through first set of batteries in just 3 days with a little over 800 pictures. I have it set on 3 shot burst, motion activated, Low motion sensitivity, no delay. The other one is working great with the exact same settings. I can get well over 3000 pictures on a set of batteries easily. When I put new batteries in I could hear it sizzling and getting hot in bottom left corner of battery compartment. It is starting to warp from heat...... something obviously is shorting out? I immediately removed batteries and took it down. I tossed the package that the camera came in. So I am afraid return will be denied? But I will see what happens???I have 6 Moltrie cameras so I am completely familiar with how they work. I switched from another brand 4 years ago because of the quality, clarity, battery usage, and features.... hope this can be resolved?

would of went 5 starts always room for improvement. true test yet how long will it work? time will tell.

Camera suddenly stopped working after being out for only one month. Thought that maybe the batteries had just died (which would have been ridiculous because it had only taken about 100 10-second videos since being out) but I replaced the batteries and it wouldn’t even turn on. The videos it took were good quality, but I’m very disappointed in Moultrie. I registered the product immediately, so it should be covered under the warranty from the company, but it still says the consumer is responsible for shipping costs if it needs to be repaired/replaced. I’m really hoping that Moultrie will stand by their product and help me out. I will edit this review after I contact customer service.

This is an amazing camera it takes perfect pictures. I wouldn’t hesitate. I’m in the Bow Hunting world and I’m always looking for a good camera. Haven’t had luck with Moultree cameras over the past 10 years. But this camera takes unbelievable pictures best camera I have so far.

Even though I had to return this, shipping was fast Product packed very well and arrived in perfect shape.

Excellent unit! I have swapped all my feeder units and cameras to Moultrie over the last two years and am completely satisfied! Love their customer service. Second to none!

Bought this for my son. He loves it. It takes really great quality photos and so far we haven't had to replace the batteries.
