Fantastic bag, exactly as described and as shown. Good quality build & material. Solid straps and plenty of space. Also comfortable and the zips are good quality too. (I always find cheaper bags have bad zips but this doesnt)

I bought this bag to use for my work laptop and tablet and notebook/ diary etc , it’s a fantastic bag very sturdy and zips are good , plenty of compartments, the external charging port is a USB-a male to female extension cable that when plugged into a power bank ( purchased separately) allows you to charge your device without opening the backpack. I recently used it as a carry on luggage bag for a flight to Italy and It was perfect. I’m going to be ordering another one just to keep for travelling

The backpack is a bit stiff so it's difficult to hold things that aren't books, laptop, etc. inside. It's sturdy and durable (I've had it for about a year and a half now, and there has been no damage or breakage at all with any part of the backpack!)It can hold a lot as it has many compartments. Every part of it feels high quality and well-made, built to last. The straps are padded and thick, so it's comfortable to wear for long periods of time - the weight of the backpack does affect this, but on the whole, nothing dogs in.

Was looking for a decent backpack for work, prices for backpacks are all over the place. This backpack seemed decent at a good price point. I went for the medium Size and it's more than enough. So many pockets and compartments. Easily fit a laptop, charger, lunch, paper work, drink. What more could you want. Seems very well made and sturdy. Zips seem strong and no issues so far. It's comfortable to wear, no negatives and will update review if any.
