Little Tikes Glow 'N' Speak Animal Flashlight, Cow

I gave this and another Little Tikes Glow 'N' Speak (Pig) Flashlight as gifts to two toddlers at Christmas. One was 5 years old & the other was 3 years old. There is something about "flashlights"...kids love to hide under the bed or in a closet with their flashlights & conjur up many far away places & imaginary stories. But these flashlights add an (extra) element of FUN...with the "sounds" the animal makes as they open their mouth and direct the light where they want. I would probably say this is more age appropriate for 3 & 4 year olds...but the 5 year old has been playing with her 3 year old sister...and together, they've both been having a blast interacting with their {cow & pig} flashlights...inventing all kinds of imaginary scenarios...hiding under their beds! I think it was a "win-win" toy this year; functional, fun & these 2 kids loved the "Moooo and Oink" sounds these flashlights make!

I looked for these flashlights last year and couldn't find them anywhere. I decided to try again and was so happy to find them. I ordered them for our two youngest granddaughters, both 3 years old. They both loved them. I haven't met a child yet that didn't love a flashlight, let alone one the makes animal sounds. Love these and would recommend them to anyone with little children.

A good basic animal flashlight for small children or those who are developmentally young. The lights and moo only operate when the children pull the handle, so they can't cheat by opening the mouth to operate the toy.

I bought this cow, and the pig version of this flashlight, and I love them. My kids are obsessed with flashlights, and to my great annoyance, they keep the light on all the time and the battery dies within hours of use. With this flashlight they have to hold down the button on the handle (easy for little hands) to make the light stay on. The noises/sounds make my children laugh. It's perfect so the batteries don't burn out all in one go and your kiddos can use to to play with/ or for comfort in the dark. I should add my son had a tiger version of this year's ago and it work for so many years that I had to search to get my two youngest them as well. Love these!

It was smaller than I expected, but my grandson loved it. The seller left a personal message wanting to make surewe were satisfied. Sounds like a good company. Gave it 5 stars

I am not happy with this product. It only moos & the light comes on when you squeeze the handle, The light does not stay on for any length of time after you let the handle go. The sound, in my opinion (as well as my 4yr old's) is loud and fairly annoying. I was looking for an older version of this flashlight, where the mouth would click & stay in the open position for about 2 minutes, with the flashlight on (and no constant mooing-only once when you first squeezed it) - that older one has been very nice for my son's bedtime calming routine. This one is not a decent replacement for that older version, which I've been searching for for a while now, since ours is 10yrs old and it's not always cooperative! I tried to return this flashlight because it was that annoying and not what I wanted, but amazon told me to keep it! Lucky me!?!

Bought this as a Christmas gift for our 2yr old. He absolutely loves it! Very durable as our son has a habit of throwing toys when he is done playing with them and his still works as it should. Also the light has just enough brightness for a play flashlight / not dangerously bright for kiddos like mine that like to shine flashlights in people's eyes and or their own eyes! 🙃

We love it. But my daughter who I bought it for is frightened by it.
