Customer service rates a 5 star. One of the cartridges was faulty is why I gave it 4 stars. I contacted customer service and right away they sent us another cartridge and a return label for the faulty one. Replacement cartridge works great along with the other three purchased orignially. Prices are excellent. Will order from this company again.

These work fine. I will only use them every other time however because re manufactures do not always put all the ingredients into the cartridges that the OEMs do. Particularly iin ink jet cartridges, No issues, well packed, no loss of print quality,

Great toner Cartridges! Have bought these for my HP LaserJet for past 5 years... Never had a problem. They even register as a genuine cartridge when installed in printer...

Compared with original HP toners, this compatible toner works fine, but the only complain is the quantity of toner can't reach exactly claimed 1800 pages, but for printing quality is OK!

The yellow cartridge had problem after a few months after installation, it makes everything printing in yellow. I hardly print anything in color so it is frustrating. I had to put an old cartridge in so I can do my regular black/white print.

I couldn't find a replacement HP black toner online. I ended up buying these for about the same cost as one black toner from HP. A couple months later and I have no complaints.

I do not know what the issue is, but I have HP printers - various flavors, I have never been able to get a "generic" toner to work in an HP printer. This one was horrible the magenta leaked and got all over the rollers.

Very pleased with this toner! No smudging and bright clear pictures! Also much cheaper than most other toners. I plan on continuing to buy this toner from now on.
