Cool Pool Deck Coating - 200 sq. ft. Bundle Pack

Ignore the big hole in the picture. That's for an access panel that cant be put on until the product completely cures. However this product WORKS GREAT!!! They have expert advice on YouTube to learn everything you need to know about applying this. If you're going to spend the money. Definitely watch this. Product looks great and DOES make the surface a lot cooler to the touch. Pretty easy to do yourself with a little research. My only hesitancy on giving 5 stars is I don't know how long it will last. But for right now I LOVE IT

This product is phenomenal. My little grandchildren or is couldn’t walk on the hot concrete before and now the concrete doesn’t even get hot enough to notice. Well done!

This product works very well and has held up around our pool coping for over a year. We mixed some blue paint in with it to color it to match our pool tiles. Very easy to use and roll out. The cleaner included really works well to get the concrete ready to paint.

I consulted a concrete contractor about re-coating my pool deck, and he advised me to do it myself with Cool! I am glad I did. It requires some prep (crack filling, cleaning/etching), but after that, it just rolls on. It has a comfortable non-slip texture and the sealant gives it a slightly glossy finish (though not slippery). It really made my old concrete look new.

I just finished coating my pool deck using the three step cleaner paint and sealer package and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how simple the entire process was. The instructions were short but sweet and easy to follow. The coverage estimates were spot on. I was getting a little worried that I didn't order enough but by the time the second coat was applied I still had about 2 quarts of product to spare. The paint dries shockingly fast so work fast! Time will tell how well the paint holds up but judging by how hard it was to scrub some accidental spillage off a ceramic tile, this paint is going to last many swim seasons. My only complaint is that the lizards in my back yard all hang out on the pool deck now because, as advertised, the surface of the deck remains much cooler than untreated cement.

Although a little pricey, this product seems to work as intended. It has been down now since May and I am happy with the look and coolness on the deck. I did put a densities down prior to applying the product. So far so good.

The company "recommends" paints to use. We chose a different acrylic paint that wasn't on their "list". The product immediately hardened up and was unusable. When we called to complain, the owner basically said, "Yeah, you aren't the only one. It happens quite a bit." No refund was offered. A very expensive $300+ gamble that I wouldn't recommend.

The finished product looks very nice. But, we just did it. That doesn't mean it will look good next year. The color is even & the texture is nice. It is 80 degrees out & I didn't notice it being hot on my bare feet.. So far, I am very pleased. We did everything they suggested. I looked at almost all of their videos. I think that the people who have complained did not do proper prep. ie; removing all chipping or corroding concrete, or old decking. We went over our old "Kool Deck" with EZ Patch. We repaired all of the cracks & damaged Kool Deck before we started the "Cool" process. As long as it lasts, I will be very happy.
