Reliably cleans coffee stains off glassware
Easy and simple way to get coffee brewing carafes and glassware clean and looking like new. Rinses out easily and doesn’t leave any deposits or discoloration that I can see. This bottle is a large size and solid value that I expect will last me a long time for my home coffee brewing setup.

Great product, some problems with quality control
This is the only product I have see take the residue off stainless steel as well as glass. However, one of the bottles was not sealed properly and leak. Even the plastic bag they wrapped it in leaked.

Cleaning
This stuff worked AMAZINGLY well!I filled my 12 cup coffee maker with 10 cups of water. I then put probably 2 oz of the product in my stainless steel carafe with another cup and a half of water and let the coffee maker fill the carafe and let it set for about an hour.WALA!! I Poured the water out of the carafe and I was amazed of the stuff that I poured down the sink. I wiped the rest out and rain 2 more carefes of clean water into the carafe and was DONE!AMAZING PRODUCT!!

Works great!
This stuff really cleans a coffee pot. The directions are screwy, though, just drawings. As I understand it, and eventually began using it this way, you put the liquid in the pot and dilute with water. Scrub with a stiff bristle brush to remove the scale. It actually liquifies it as you scrub. You can't just put it in as swish it around. That doesn't work. But, if you have a mechanical action to work the cleaner into the stains it will cause them to release from the pot, and it becomes perfectly clean. It also appears to coat the pot to help prevent the coffee from sticking during subsequent brew cycles, so frequent cleanings aren't necessary.

Worked BUT...
Product apparently worked well in cleaning gunk in carafe. There was no literal direction on the use of product...only pictoral images.

Commercial Grade
I used to use this exact product when I worked in restaurants. We had it in powder form though, which I honestly prefer. We would fill up bus tubs with hot water, throw in the gorgeous white mugs that were all coffee stained and let them soak for a while on our shift and come back to them later. After they sat for a while all you had to do was rinse them with clean water and they looked like new, no scrubbing needed. This formula is just a concentrate, so a little goes a long way. I only had a few cups I needed to clean so I poured the solution directly into my mugs/ yeti's. I then filled them with hot water and let them soak. Just like usual, I came back a few hours later, gave a nice rinse and cleaned with some soap to remove the chemical residue and make it safe to drink out of, and my stuff looks brand new! Great product, its a tried and true for me. Not a bad price for house hold use.
