Does this mop come with a guarantee?

I have tried contacting the company and failed. They’ve been in active on twitter since December and I’ve tried through Amazon links and there all broken. My mop is within the one year and has stopped spraying.

First time using it today and it leaks! Water dripping out the bottom! Anyone else's?! Looked at bottle and it has no rubber seal!! 🙄

Water definitely shouldn’t be dripping out from anywhere! It seems you’ve got a faulty one. I hope you can send it back and get a new one because they are good when working properly.

Does this come with any kind of guarantee. Purchased ours on 30 September 2019. The end has just broken off it.

Addis have fantastic customer service on Instagram. Drop them a message and they will most likely replace it for you. They sent me out replacement parts for an item previously, and even exchanged something for me -sent me new item out and said I could give the original item to a friend.
