Near-perfect
Out of all the twice-a-day pill organizers on Amazon, I think this one is by far the best. The plastic feels thick and high-quality, especially for the relatively-low price. I like how the day/night colors are very distinct from eachother (I got the blue/yellow one). And I love how each day piece not only snaps out, but also easily clicks back into place and *stays* in place, which makes it extremely easy to refill and move the entire thing around. This was my main beef with pretty much every other "removable day pieces" pill sorter on Amazon: while others are more compact which is a plus, most of them are essentially seven individual daily pill organizers that all sit loosely inside of one large container. This means that whenever you have to refill them, you have to pour all the little containers out, fill each one, and then reorganize them back into the large container. It's not a huge deal or anything, but I find this to be clunky and annoying in practice, I just hate fiddling with little things in general. On the other hand, this product looks and functions exactly like any standard pill organizer. The day pieces don't pop out unless you *want* them to pop out - they click into place perfectly (you can flip the entire thing upside-down and shake it, and they won't fall out), while still being easy to take out when needed. Because I take my pills at home a majority of the time, this is perfect for me. I like the option of grabbing one day piece when needed, but I especially appreciate how this feature isn't prioritized like it is with most of the other removable-day-piece organizers. While I really love this thing and highly recommend it, I do have one complaint: I hate how the days of the week are written as Sunday-Saturday on the base. I'm a creature of habit, and when it comes to pill organizers I'm a Monday-Sunday guy through-and-through. In fairness, you can just rearrange the day pieces if you want, but the text printed on the base can't be changed (it's also worth mentioning that there's braille printed on the base as well, which is a very nice touch). I'll probably just end up whiting the text out or covering it or something honestly. I really wish this company sold M-Su *and* Sa-Su options for each organizer, or designed it so the base could be swapped around just like the day pieces. But despite being annoying to me, it's really not a big deal. Again, this pill sorter is fantastic, inexpensive, and absolutely worth buying.

Really like it. Nice upgrade from my old standard sized one.
I really appreciate the ability to remove each day’s worth of pills from the tray. Didn’t think I’d need that feature but now I love it. It’s just a tad bit easier than lugging around the whole tray and it makes enough of a difference to be truly useful. Lots of room. I take at least 6 large veggie capsules, a medium sized one and a couple 50mg tabs a day. Each section will hold 6 large capsules relatively easily. I don’t have a day and night routine so I load 5 of the large ones in the nighttime side and the other large and smaller ones in the daytime side. Still plenty of room. Way better than my old standard organizer that wouldn’t even hole a single large one without cramming it in there or it sitting horizontally. Very nice upgrade. Would recommend. Zero issues so far seems well made.

great for travel, small compartments
smaller than expected if you are putting in a bunch of large supplements may not work well

Daily Meds Solved
I have used these pill organizers for years. I only take pills and supplements twice a day, six in the AM and five before bed, so it works well. The largest pill is an Omega-3 supplement. At least on domestic air travel, I’ve used them without any fuss from TSA. I have also printed out prescription and supplement labels in case I get questioned, but so far I’ve sailed through. For a person with arthritic hands, I find these easy to open and close. Because the hinges are also plastic but a bit thinner, they can get loose and eventually break, but I’ve used them for years until they need replacement. I’m now up to rotating through eight organizers so I only have to do a big re-load every couple months. These are best used for the pills you take daily, not the occasional ones for acute illness, at least in my opinion. I don’t use the pop-out feature, so I don’t know how easy it is to pop a day out or in, or if using this feature affects durability overall.

Excellent value, does the job
This simple object exceeds expectations. Pill organizers are indispensable to me because I must take medication day and night - I cannot miss it and I cannot take it twice. I've used other pill organizers, but the last one got to where the compartments wouldn't stay closed. I went shopping for something better and stumbled across this excellent product. Pros: - Compact design in terms of surface area. This is about 2/3 the size of my previous organizer, yet it fits just as many pills due to the depth of the compartments - Feels sturdy. The compartments snap closed securely. - It's easy to remove one day's worth of pills to keep in your pocket or purse if you'll be away from home - Inexpensive. This thing was maybe $3 more than my last organizer. I would happily have paid $20 for this. Con: - I don't love the coloring. Blue and purple both feel like nighttime colors to me and sometimes I worry I'll take AM pills in the PM or vice versa. However, the compartments are labelled AM and PM and I haven't made this mistake yet. Final note: Is this thing the cutest? No. I was actually shopping for a cute pill organizer. However, they all had something about them that would have made them a bit harder for me to use. At the end of the day, this thing's job is to keep me healthy. I can buy something else that's cute.

Perfect for travel
I needed a pill organizer for traveling, and this one is perfect. It's great to toss in a carry-on bag without taking up too much space. It's sturdy, easy to open, and snaps closed. The pockets are deep enough to fit several pills, including large vitamins. The snaps also stay closed, even with travel. I also put it in a bigger resealable plastic bag to keep it secure. You can also remove each day section if you wanted to rearrange the days.

Good quality and sizepill box
Looks and felt like a good quality pill box when compared to the one I bought from a pharmacy. It also holds all my tablets and vitamins.

I recently joined the legions of people who take multiple meds daily, so I needed a pill case to remind me every day. Really, you could argue this one is a bit of overkill for me - I only need meds once a day, and only three small-to-medium sized pills. This case has containers larger than I need, and sections for day and night meds. Nonetheless, it has a couple of features that, to me, make it the "killer app" of pill cases. First, the ability to pop out each day's container and take just that along is invaluable. My pill-taking time comes when I'm at work, and each day I take just that day's pills with me; the container fits easily in the watch-pocket that most of my pants have. Second, after I return the container to the holder each day, I turn it around so the "PM" side faces me (as in the photo). So, I can recall at a glance from across the room whether I've taken each day's meds. In any case, I'm not getting any younger, and maybe I'll need more meds more often in future; if so, this case has the "room to grow". But even now, I find it quite visually pleasant (for what it is), and the functionality suits me perfectly. It's also quite sturdy-feeling, I expect it to last a long time. To me it's worth well over what I paid for it.

This Pill Organizer is a great size, not too big and not too small. It's sturdy with good compartment clips. The daily removable compartments are useful as you can easily pop it out and reverse it so the next PM dose is at the front. (An easy glance reminder). I would recommend to others.
