Electronically and mechanically super.
The device works very well. I set this up in a bit more a complicated way as I needed to also send HDMI through a separate switcher in addition to the VGA switch that this deals with for a dual monitor set up.That being said, in a 'normal' situation this would be less complicated. What you'll end up with though, is a box sprouting a huge array of wires. Best out of sight, but of course you'll need access to the switch on top of the device to switch between PCs.In short, the device, in my case, supported the top resolutions my monitors show and that includes 1080p. I connected a five port USB expansion port. It does work, to a degree. This is a limitation of USB and the need for power, so if you try to expand the ports in this way, you may find there's not enough juice or it also defaults to USB 1.0 for data transmission. But that's expecting more than the device is intended for.In practise, two PCs sharing one monitor through VGA and a mouse and keyboard work well. Do be aware you'll need a couple of those printer style USB cables to connect to each PC.A good value product which has worked now flawlessly for a couple of months and continues to perform well.

Very easy to use, once installed, but don't forget to collect all the bits and bobs you need.
This switcher is great fordoing exactly what it says, from switching from my work laptop to my home PC - saves having lots of screens, keyboards etc on my workspace.

Does what it says on the tin.
Basic, but does the job perfectly well. Bear in mind it's one USB in per PC, but other items attached on the 'console' side will present as HID devices on each PC. Three USB on the 'console' side is nice - keyboard, mouse, and something else of your choosing.

Bad screen ratio and image quality
The quality of the image and the screen ratio where bad, impossible to use at work.

Don't bother!
Nice design light weight but shame it dont work at all! It would not switch over and the position it was stuck in the picture quality was so poor, and even the channel lights don't light up on the front.
