Pre pregnancy 5'4" 120 lbs 32B and currently 22 weeks at 130lbs. I've been purchasing XS at most maternity stores. I got the small and it was a loose around the chest and back area, but kept it since I needed a swimsuit ASAP for the spa. If they sold XS, that probably would've fit perfectly. Since its one shouldered I was nervous about the other side exposing me since the fit was very loose but its okay as long as you're not doing anything beyond sitting and walking- also remember to hitch it up when you're getting out of the pool!

I am 5"5", 132 lbs, 14 weeks pregnant. I ordered a small which is my normal size. Everything fit right except the top part was small around my boobs. I am a 32 DD. The off the shoulder side barely covered my boob, and if I moved my arm up or stretched it in any way then that side definitely slipped down and showed boob. Would not recommend for larger chested girls.
