I’ve bought pico for years and from different sources and this has been the most sturdy. I’ve dropped on all floor types and a bit of tightening of screws and it never fails. Nice compact size also.

courier let it down
great seller, great item. shame about the courier who delivered to a completely different flat in a different block. tracking said it was handed to me at my door. lucky i have honest neighbours who gave it to me. makes you wonder how many parcels go missing........?

No battery included
Product came without battery so unable to use straight away. Returned item.

Stick to what u know
I love this vape this is my second one the first lasted 4 years I love how u can just change the battery when it’s no good well worth it. I read the negative reviews it dose state that u do need a 18650 battery so leaving a review saying no battery is down to u not ready what ur buying I’m sorry to say cause this is a brill vape iv have many but this one is by far my favourite ever. 👍

Doesn't come with a battery
Doesn't come with a battery which wasn't described. Then went and purchased a battery for £7. Less than 6 months after purchasing the iStick Pico 'kit' the USB charging port stopped working, I thought it was the battery that had given up! I then buy another battery for £7....this still didn't charge when using the USB. After lots of Google searches I realised it was the USB point that seems to be a huge issue with this model. I then purchased a charger for the now two batteries I have for £13 and luckily that solved my problem. You don't expect to buy a starter kit just to fork out an extra £27 to be able to keep it working!

Am very pleased with this mod, it replaces the same one I have used for 5 years. Which does still work!Really happy to have found this as you can’t buy in vape shops anymore.Saw reviews complaining re battery…no mod I have bought comes with a battery!Also complaints re the charging port…I always charge my batteries externally.Great buyThanks
