Prestacycle T-Handle Ratchet

This kit is compact and I keep it in a trunk bag on my bicycle. I've used it more already than I thought I would. I also bought PrestaCycle's small ratchet and extension. I wanted to keep the torque unit on for that purpose and not use all the time. I used a utility blade to cut out the foam and keep all this within the zipper case. I also bought the PrestaCycle hex to 1/4" adapter and made a cutout for that all well. It keeps them all together in a compact portable case. The cutouts I made are janky, but it keeps each item firm and is great for my needs.

Alle Bit‘s drin, die man so braucht und zur Not kann man ja nach- oder umrüsten… Daß die Bit Verlängerung auch als Ratschengriff Verlängerung und auch als T-Griff für die Ratsche verwendet werden kann ist richtig klasse…..

Likes: Quality and finish are superb; a pleasure to hold and to use. Clever, alternative ways to use tools via handy extension and leverage bar. Good ratchet mechanics. The set is relatively light and compact for day-to-day cycling, and the usability is a cut above the folding cycle tool. Quibble (not a dislike): Radius of wrench/leverage bar is small, precluding any serious power wrenching. Overall, my limited use in the wild has left me with no regrets for this purchase. Can't vouch for long-term durability, but I have used similar-quality tools (e.g. Snap-On) for years with no problems.

I love the quality of the ratchet... good engagement. Weighs about the same as a full featured multitool. My only complaint is the quality of the bits. The splines on the T-10 torx did not hold up to removal of a tight bolt. The splines bent/twisted. Bits can be replaced, I suppose. The hex bits seems to be holding up.

Very compact, light weight, most tools you need to service a bike but not all. The most handy part is the T handle, the ability to use the T to add length and torque to the ratchet, and to use it as a socket extension. So much nicer than carrying my at home tools around. If this kit had a chain tool it would be 1 stop shopping but glad the pack is big enough to hold a few extra bits.
