WOW $13! I was just looking to see how badly I was ripped off at a museum gift shop for this at $5.35. I'm glad I didn't buy it it here. This is the most over priced thing I've ever noticed on amazon. The product; simply a 2-1/2" or so, tall piece of colored plastic w a poorly fitted twist-on bottom. As described, it comes with absolutely nothing else. When I used the leading brand baking soda and a strong vinegar, it fizzed (a minimal amount) for about two seconds. It's more interesting to put a little baking soda on a plate and put a little vinegar on it. Baking powder underwater was even more lame. Make a paper airplane or buy some playdough instead.
