Bleaches well
I’m very pleased with the L'Oréal Paris Oreor Crème 40 Volume Developer! It’s a game-changer for achieving vibrant, long-lasting color. The 16 fl oz bottle provides ample product, and the 40 volume developer lifts hair effectively without excessive damage. It mixes well with hair color for a smooth, consistent application. I’ve found that it enhances the overall color result beautifully, giving my hair a professional finish at home. For those needing a reliable developer for intense color, this product is definitely worth trying!

Really greaT product and does the job!
This was great for my hair. I used with their bleach as well (L’Oréal). I have been dying my hair black for years and really wanted to try a fun color. Now- I made plenty of mistakes but as far as the product goes this was great. Worked well to lift the color and it didn’t damage my hair. I bleached it twice and it never got bad but then again; I don’t do much to my hair outside of just dying it black so it was pretty thick and healthy to begin with (so take that in consideration). Overall I would recommend if you have super dark hair and want to lighten.First pic is my first time trying and I only did mid section down. Second was when I did it a second time and the whole head (again, not perfect but i was dying it blue anyways lol)

CREME OR LIQUID……
Go CREME when it comes to developers! This brand has been around for a long time and works very well.40 Volume is good for using along with bleaching powders, especially when you are trying to lighten darker hair. Being that this brand has been around, I trust it will lift darker hair to the desired shade.(This is in reference to it being 40 Volume that I bought.

Retrobright application.
I didn't buy this product for hair but for removing yellowing of game consoles. This stuff worked and was cheaper than the salon 40. For my use I applied it to the case of a Super Nintendo and left it wrapped in a plastic bag out in the sun while I was away at work. After about 16 hours of sunlight and patience the grey color has returned and the yellowing left. All in all I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it for the restoration of ABS plastics of old electronics. Cannot say much for hair application so look elsewhere haha

Used with L'Oreal Quick Blue bleach
I bought this to use with L'Oreal Quick Blue bleach. I wanted to lighten my short (buzz cut length) virgin medium brown hair to a white blond. It took me two maximum time (50 minutes) sessions to achieve this and I am very happy with the results. I have no brassy tones left whatsoever. Included are before and after hair color photos! Odor and scalp irritation were both minimal. The creme was a good thickness and didn't run or drip. My hair is very short and damage isn't a big concern for me, but I haven't noticed any decline in the health of my hair.
