Really helps me get a good nights sleep.
I have used all kinds of brands of Melatonin since I can’t shut my brain off at night. This brand seems to work quicker and does not leave me groggy in the morning. I use 6mgs. Nightly and it works great!

don't last
I take 2 pills at 9 PM, maybe fall asleep at 10 PM. Wake up again at 2:30 AM. CAn't fall back asleep. I don't have any caffiene past 9 AM in morning. Are these working?
