It is near the top and, and at least as far as I have found, differences between it and other compounds in that echelon are very small. Indigo Xtreme is likely the only product out there that will always be better, and while I would never scoff at a one-degree difference... it's still just one degree.I would imagine that if you are at a level to care about one degree, than you should probably just bite the bullet and buy active cooling. Otherwise, Phobya HeGrease is a great choice.The compound spreader is cute but mostly pointless. A number of efforts by people online show that a single dot in the middle of the CPU/Heatsink is the most efficient method of applying compound, and indeed, spreading the compound out before contact appears to cause INFERIOR performance. That said, it may serve a good purpose for direct-contact heatpipes, where there are crevices between the heatpipes and the rest of the contact block. Regardless, it's a nice touch that shows they care about the enthusiasts.

It seems to work, but unless you apply it perfectly under perfect circumstances, almost any other top of the line TIM will work just as well. If you want a cheaper TIM, buy either Noctua NH-T1, Masscool, PK-3, or MX-4. Only buy those, all other pastes out there are old and inferior, or just crappy to begin with (like the past you get with your heatsink kit).Just FYI, with this paste I can get a i7-5820k from 3.3 ghz to 4.4 ghz stable, while reaching a peak of mid 70s C in Aida64. Of course if you don't apply enough, or too much, or incorrectly, your temps will be much worse and it won't matter what TIM you use.

About the best thermal paste performance around and far simpler to use then liquid metal compounds. Been stressing my rig several times over the past week and see about 5 C better cooling performance then Arctic Silver 5. Only downside is I wish the product included an application spatula as the picture indicated. For best performance, spread a very thin layer. A tube should be enough for 10 or more applications. Used a old credit card to spread it out on the water cooler heatsink and now the fans are running notably slower and quieter then before.

This was my first time using this stuff and I must say its on par with Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut for lower price, but you must apply it correctly for optimum results.

I bought thermal compound in germany with less inside, so I bought 2 of those to be prepared ;) But actually I was only needing 1/10th of one of those cartridges here to have 3 coolers connected. So 3.5gram is nearly 1.5 cm. So with that math it is worth the money. No need to buy a huge amount of less effective thermal compound for same money or cheap ones for high end components.This one is still one of the best.

A very thick paste that performs admirably. Why 4 stars? It is so thick that it tends to be somewhat of a nuisance to work with as opposed to GELID GC-Extreme, MX-2, PK-3, or similar pastes.

Does not seem to be much better than most thermal paste. I'll be comparing it to others in a few days. I get a constant pressure from my water block so it will be a fair comparison.

This is the holy grail of thermal compounds for me. The price to performance ratio is awesome for this product! It is very easy to work with and won't let you down when pushing your CPU or GPU to the limit. Awesome product that I would recommend to anyone looking for a real nice thermal compound and still want the price to be reasonable.
