Dritz 9422W Non-Roll Knit Elastic, White, 3/4-Inch by 25-Yard

Time to replace the elastic in the waist of my PJs. Love that I found this no-roll elastic. Easy to insert, and it truly does not roll up. Just the right width for the waistband.

I use this elastic to make skirts and shorts; it works great and holds up well in the wash; I've been using it for over a year and have never had a problem with it. Buying it by the roll here is much cheaper than buying it from my local fabric store. Now if you are looking for soft elastic with a lot of stretch, don't get this. This is a stiffer elastic with the perfect amount of stretch for a waistband, but probably not for sleeves or other areas.

I desperately needed tan colored elastic to hold my daughter's hat on for an upcoming dance performance. Sadly there was none to be found...anywhere. Apparently elastic comes in black or white and if you want anything resembling tan you need to head to the nearest fabric store for bra straps. I decided to take my chances with the Dritz in white and soak it in tea until it became the color I needed. In a matter of minutes, the elastic picked up the color of the tea and turned a lovely tan color. It held the color well and with just a few stitches I had the elastic strap sewn to the hat and there were no wardrobe issues at the performance. This is the perfect width for a hat strap.

My go to elastic for childrens knit bottoms.

I use this elastic in the waistband of shirts I make and it's very nice. I love the no-roll feature. Substantial enough for varied fabrics, even heavier ones. I have used both the Dritz 1" and this 3/4" and like them both.

This conformed and was durable. The size was perfect and it performed well . The price was fair.

Great value, edges fray a little after they’ve been cut but otherwise it was a great purchase, it doesn’t roll so it’s perfect for waistbands for children’s items.

Elastic was old and brittle.... disappointed since it was a brand name product.
