I love the look this gives! My husband noticed right away. I never get that reaction with other shapewear. I ordered 2XL and weigh 185. This fits like a glove. I am also a size 16. If you are a 14, you should try 1xl. I’m not sure if someone over 210lbs could fit this 2XL (size up?) without it being terribly uncomfortable . This is a firm fit for me, it’s comfortable but definitely tight, it helps with posture and delivers a sculpted hourglass. It’s comfortable enough to wear all day. This is one of the best shapewear I’ve tried. I will be ordering more, when you find what works get more! One more tip: put the garment in by stepping into it, do not try to put it on over your head. Remove by pulling it down and stepping out of it.

This is an amazing piece, especially for the price. It works like spanx and holds everything in but is structured so that you have an hourglass appearance. Wearing it under your clothes slims everything out and takes off some pounds! It doesn’t roll up, great for us gals with a long torso. The fact that the bust is cut out means your chest looks huge and your waist looks small. All in all, i would recommend this to anyone!

The look and feel of the product is absolutely amazing, it feels like silk against my skin. When I put it on, it instantly makes me look like I lost 3 inches around my waist. I do not feel like I can't breathe. The material is durable and gives me that smooth finished look. This waist trainer shapewear is definitely a keeper:)

I love how thick it is! Works great to keep clean lines and kind of tuck in a bit. I’ve had two kids so, this + the shaper panties they sale give me a solid silhouette instead of the “I had two babies in short session” pouch. Very comfortable for shaper wear too. I don’t feel like my ribs are about to crack. I would suggest ordering a size up though, it runs kind of small in my opinion.

I really like the material of this shapewear; it is firm but not too thick. I like that the width of the straps, and the way it fits. I have tried many brands in similar styles. I usually buy smalls, and this one fit as expected. I have had other brands that bunch up under your clothing, and this one doesn't do that. It seems to hold its shape, better than other brands. Not uncomfortable. I would buy it again.

I love this shaper! It whittles my waist down at least 4 inches! It’s very comfortable, and I love that it is below the breasts, so I’m not getting those squished! I can eat a large meal while wearing it and even though I feel bloated, it’s not too tight. I’ve bought several additional because I’ve never had a shaper this comfortable

I've ordered different variations of the under bust shapewear and I love them all. I was surprised by the thickness of this material; It is stiffer than the normal shapewear but I love it. It is still elastic and it I usually get a large but with the reviews, I got an XL and it's perfect. I wear shirts from L-XL and I'm a 36 E or DDD if that helps. I had to pull it down to stay in place,so I've not had problems rolling up. I wear shapewear daily and so I have several to keep them from wearing out but they all eventually have some give. Due to the material, this one will not wear out as fast. It was also approximately $10 cheaper than then others. I will definitely purchase again.
