Great customer service
The carabiner does not fit my 1" pull-up bar (fairly standard size), I found a workaround with using nylon strap from home depot (makes the system a little longer but my pull up bar is actually a little high so for me, this works). The customer service was fabulous about helping with the issue and offering a refund as needed. Other than the carabiner fitting the bar, they are comfortable and the company is fabulous.

Starting to tear after minimal use
Is there a warranty for these? I weigh 180 pounds and have use them maybe 10 times, and they’re starting to rip.
