Ok, before you get scared of this review, please read its entirety because it’s not that bad!To start, these are really freaking cute and for me, pretty decent sizing for the price. So here’s just a few Pros and cons:Pros:- many different sizes, from super teeny for premises and up.- the basked lining actually worked and kept baby comfy.- very soft and plus!Cons:- they had more teeny sizes than larger ones. They worked wonderfully but I just didn’t feel like they have enough support to baby’s head/neck and tush. While they were of decent size and plushness, they were too short and baby was fussy and really didn’t stay on the pillow. I think having these a little longer and curved would help.- the basket liner worked but had Velcro on it that didn’t make sense. I think they put it on backwards because I could not stick the ends together. But if I did, there wasn’t much room for baby. so I advise to make sure you have several basket sizes to play in and extra fluff.- all of the pieces came shipped in one sealed, air tight ziplock back. This created wrinkles in the pillows and you could tell in the photos. I had to really work out some of them.Overall, it worked perfectly for me as I am not focusing on this area of photography, it was for some coworkers, but I would invest in maybe some different ones to add to these for a larger variety!

I put these in my shopping cart. But then I saw the reviews and decided against them. My husband / photography partner saw them in the cart and bought them. When he told me, I said "Shoot. I wasn't going to get them."Well we had them.. so I tried them during a newborn session yesterday. They are soft, and I didn't think they would work. But they definitely worked very well to support the baby during posing. They stacked well and the noodle helped, too. It can be used like the Butt Halo that the Newborn Nerds sell. I used them under a blanket on a table. Excellent value, quality and usability.I would definitely recommend this item.

This is a great starter set, but if you are doing a lot of infant photography, it might be better to invest in a more robust set. The circle pad is good, but due to the velcro placing, you can't make it into a perfect circle or oval - there is overlap on the sides where the velcro is. The pillows are very small, which helps minor adjustments, but the smallest of them is SO small it is hardly worth using. I only was able to use the largest of the pillows during my last shoot.

These are tiny, wrinkled, and half-stuffed. Not the proper size for support of a newborn for a professional.Attached are photos of my good posing beans next to these tiny ones (in the large size).Once I realized I didn’t get a messed up/flawed set- I returned them. A waste of time. Bummer.

These pieces were a little smaller than I had initially hoped. That is likely my fault as I did not review the sizes before purchasing. I mainly was buying the set for the long one, with the purpose of using it as fill for baskets and hopefully doing a potato sack pose. The long piece, however, would not create a deep enough pocket for a potato sack pose though, and when curled up, had a very hard time accommodating the 9 lb baby I was photographing. All in all, I will use the pieces for smaller babies, but it just wasn't as ideal as I wanted them to be.

Theres no way this would be large enough for a larger newborn. I bought these to take photos of my own baby, since I have used similar items when I previously worked as a photographer but the pillows were flimsy and didn’t seem like they would be super supportive nor big enough for a child larger than 4-6lbs.

These are really nice. They have a nice variety of sizes and with the long one you can create a cute nest. The fabric is nice so they will last through washings. I wish they weren’t different colors though. They work very nice to position a baby in a prop.

This product is terrible. There is no way that it would assist a photographer complete a newborn photo session. The “long” tubular pillow is so small that you would need 6 stacked on top of each other in order to prop up a baby. It is the thickness of a small forearm.The quality is very poor. The seller should be embarrassed to have their name attached to it or to even offer it at all.

I know it’s for newborns but it really didn’t work the way I thought it would

Much smaller than expected. We still used these pillows but it took a lot of other blankets and pillows to get the look we wanted.

Horrid do NOT BUY. I am returning they’re so flat they’re absolutely useless
