Waste of money
Cant balance 8 ft bar on this. Poor fit, bad idea, wasted money. Return was denied.

Great addition to home gym!
Great piece of equipment for my home gym that easily allows me to do lower body exercises including front/zercher squats, lunges, standing calf raises, and more.Recommend starting with lower weight to get a feel for it, but I've been able to use the higher pins with 225lbs for calf raises without issue. I find that I prefer using the lower pins for squats and lunges.

Gains!!!
It made me able to do the zercher/front squat! With out the harness the front sqaut is tough for mobility reasons and the zercher movement can be made without the friggin weight digging in the arms and allows me to focus more on my lower portion. It's a nifty piece of equipment!

Perfect for front squats
This product is perfect for front squats, it makes them much less painful. Highly recommend this to anyone that does front squats on a regular basis

DON'T BUY - SAVE YOUR MONEY
Quality is awful. The pegs were not lined up which caused the bar to slip off in one direction. The bars that hooked over the shoulders also were misaligned which made it sit weird. Won’t use mine because I think it might tweak my back. Normally don’t like to write negative reviews but this felt like I should give other athletes a heads up not to waste their money or potentially hurt themselves.

Don't buy it
I did a side by side comparison with the other front squat harnesses and this one is awful. The foam is cheap and easily tore the first time I set it down in my garage and the metal bent when I was doing a zercher squat with 300 lbs. Now I am having a hard time getting a hold of anybody at the company. I would definitely go with either the Rhyno Power harness or the Get Strength harness. Both are high quality and we were using weight up to 500 lbs with zero deflection of the metal.

Doesn't hold a lot of weight.
The quality of the material wasn't great. The harness bent while it was being used the first time.
