Handmade in Michigan, this sculpted jewelry box is crafted with quality hardwoods to create a sturdy heirloom-quality piece to hold and protect your favorite jewelry items! Designed with a low, slim profile, the box accommodates smaller spaces and maintains a sleek look with a contrasting wood lid. Within the box, the felt-line bottom is separated with maple divisions and includes a felt row to hold rings or cuff links. May also be used as a valet! The box is constructed in solid Bolivian rosewood, a wood native to South America (not endangered), also known as Pau Ferro wood. The box is accented with a lid of durable American maple wood with a quilted pattern. The mitered corners feature dense wenge wood corner splines to provide additional strength and a sophisticated visual appeal. The jewelry box is hand-polished and given a catalyzed lacquer to provide a clear, durable finish and enhance the natural colors of the wood. Stains are not used. Made in the USA
