Saw this years ago, but reviews at the time re value for money was poor.As I suffer from back pain, this product has helped to give me more flexibility.With 4 different settings and 3 levels and can be used for upper and lower back. It is suitable for anyone. I use it everyday. Great for relaxation and breathing exercises.It is foldable, so doesn't have to be out all the time. Quality is good and has minimal slippage whilst in use.Glad I purchased it.

I bought this when the osteopath said my back was very stiff. After an injury I found my Pilates reformer caused more pain and I stopped using it hence the stiffness. For the lower back this gives twists and stretches you would get with a yoga class but on the lower intensity is not too rough. I use it every other day. I don't find it quite as good on the upper back. I did find it gave me a lot of pain relief which helped because I need to walk my dogs twice a day and I am comfortable most of the time. It also helps me keep off painkillers and anti-inflammatories which are not good for stomach and kidneys so I will continue to use this regularly.

I have fibromyalgia and it makes it really hard to do any kind of exercise but this does it all for you without straining yourself. I came home from work today not feeling great so I did a session on the mat and I feel better. Definitely recommend for anyone that struggles with exercise.

I bought this for a family with bad backs, necks and limbs due to FM, sporting injury, and chronic back pain and, to our surprise, it works extremely well across a range of conditions. It is light, compact when folded, and easy to use. The instructions are basic, but then there is nothing complicated about using the mat. I took it out of the box, plugged it in and that was it. I suggest always using it on the lowest setting and build up gradually or until you get a sense of how far you want to go with it. It has staved off and relieved migraines, lower back ache from over-enthusiastic gardening, and a dodgy shoulder from spending too long writing. Use it on a regular basis for greatest benefit. Yes, you'll need to turn the volume up on the TV or radio when you use the mat, but I don't find the sound unpleasant and it is, in a way, somewhat soothing. Would I buy this mat again? ABSOLUTELY! With bells on.

I have been feeling a bit stiff and suffered from shoulder pain. After a few weeks of using this mat I have noticed a difference in flexibility and the pain in my shoulder has gone. I started on the lowest level, as recommended, and now I am on the medium. I have tried all the different modes and apart from the energising one that I do not feel it is that energising, I am very pleased with the results. I use it 4 or 5 times a week in the morning before breakfast and I feel much better for it.

It really does work! Have used chiropractor for last couple of years, which helped my posture and some pain relieve, but the pain was still there and I was becoming more concerned. Have done MRI test and have problems with disc deterioration/ buldged disc. I am an office worker, and do part time driving on week ends, so sit most of the time in the same position. So after some thought and positive reviews decided to give it ago. Well, what can I say - it has been three weeks since I have been using it (twice a day), and what a result 👏, I am not 100% pain free , but my pain and discomfort have reduced considerably! Way better results that I had via chiropractic, and although the kit is not cheap I used to pay 40 pounds per Chiro session and over 2 years had spent way more than the actual mat. Well done Homedics and if you are hesitant whether this works. Trust me, it does!

does a nice job of a back stretcher but for me its not that great. the programs seem fairly short and dont seem to really stretch to the limits like id expect from a "yoga" machine, the one part that it hits nicely on last about 1-2 seconds and then deflates before the stretch has had time to actually stretch. it will be good if you struggle to do the stretches yourself so maybe if youre an older or less flexible person then it could help you but for able bodied id reccomend to just do the yoga moves yourself

Die gekaufte HoMedics StretchmatteXS hat keinen deutschen Stromanschluss. Eigentlich müssten Sie dies wissen, was für ein Stromstecker man in Deutschland braucht. Also ist es ihr Fehler, wieso bekomme ich nur 220,48 € und nicht meine gezahlten 273,07 € wieder. Wenn ein richtiger Stromstecker dran wäre, hätte ich das Gerät nicht zurück gesendet.Ich bitte dies zu klären und mich zu unterrichten. Vielen Dank Niedenführ
