I play Santa for my community fire departments, and the finger lights that I have inside my white gloves displays a red glow when I press my forefinger & thumb together giving the illusion of children thoughts being sent to the North Pole, The children are amazed as some of the adults, I don't use the fake finger tips that come with the lights but you get 10 lights & 10 finger/thumb tips for a low price that have a priceless effect on the children.

It was a lot of fun using these to entertain the kids. And some adults. Lol. They could be a little softer for realistic ness but I use em and leave people askin “how’d you do that?”

Always fun

Like many of these magic effects, the device - a false "finger" - looks about as realistic as one can expect for a low-cost gimmick. The problem is that there is no way to control the lights. There is no on/off "switch", only a tiny wire that, when pressed, makes contact with the battery and activates the light. When the device is securely on your finger, the light - because of the pressure - remains on. The only way to turn it off is to break the contact by loosening the device. At that point the "finger" falls off your finger.To be fair, I've just received these lights and there may be a workaround. If I figure it out (there are no instructions) I'll add to this review. With a little practice, it's such a cute, effective AND SIMPLE gag I really hope I can make it work!
