Great!
Awwww. Fits perfectly on my new Saluspa! Durable and stays on!

2% More Comfortable (or Maybe 2% Less Comfortable)
The items were as described, an official Lay-Z-Spa pillow set, however for the price (which was around £45), I would say don't bother. I have a Lay-Z-Spa Palm Springs, which is quite comfortable anyway, I'm not really sure what the pillow set brings to the experience. Is it more comfortable with the pillows? Maybe, maybe not. I'm stubbornly using the pillow each time so my wife doesn't think I've wasted money, but in reality you wont notice enough difference to warrant spending so much cash. The item itself is made of foam, no inflation required, and needs to be removed when the cover is put back on. Save your cash, spend it on wine.

Not Worth The Investment
I bought this and a bunch of other Bestway accessories when I first purchased the hot tub. this is not one of the better purchases, the pillows are quite hard, not soft at all, and have only been used a few times and now are back in their box. Its more confortable in the hot tub without them.

Warning - Very firm, not at all soft and comfortable
Ordered the Plain (without logo) option for £35. The item arrived in what appeared to be an original looking Lay-Z-Spa Xtras accessories box. However, the headrests are nothing like a pillow at all. They are made from a very dense/hard foam which is not relaxing to place your head on. However, they are better than the inflatable INTEX headrests (which are half the price) because you don't have to remove them when you clip the cover back onto your hot tub. Fitted fine on my Lay-Z-Spa Hawaii. One of the headrests did have a poorer and rougher quality finish than the other, so keep an eye out.

Ok but not for short people
While the item is as described (a pillow for hot tub) it just slots over and isn't very good for a 5ft 2 person as to lean head back on it when bubbles are on it sends your body 'floating' out and your head ends up slipping under water lol.Possibly better for taller people

Don't offer much support - We no longer use them
Unless your legs reach the other side of the hot-tub, you wont need these. You would have to be sitting with your shoulders out of the water and at a weird angle to use them. I have abandoned mine and just use the edge of the hot tub. These may work if you have a hot tub seat you can put in.
