And Life Extension MacuGuard With Astaxantin--probably the only lutein pill with pre-digested meso-zeaxanthin--Google for details.)The 2015 Eve suggested dosage is 3 per day. But most women probably will do fine with 1/2 dose: 2 one day, 1 the next. On the day when only 1 is taken, I would suggest taking 1 Life Extension MacuGuard--very important for preventing incurable blindness. If your eyes are often tired, then also try 1-4 RidgeCrest Vision Aid daily--it is a gentle and effective Chinese herbal formula. I wish I'd discovered these years ago. I was a little worried about tummy upset due to some of the comments, but luckily they don't bother me at all - I think the key is to have some food/fat in the belly first. They give me energy that lasts throughout the afternoon, and a felling of general well-being; a little metabolism boost without feeling jittery or edgy.They aren't what I'd call particularly large (compared to the Now Magnesium softgels I take regularly), and softgels tend to slide right down anyway.I take these in the morning, after breakfast and have discovered the unexpected bonus of appetite suppression; I have to remember to eat lunch. So it's been around a year since I started taking these, and I'm halfway through my second jar, minding that I haven't taken them from mid-spring until early fall. I have to say that throughout the entire winter I felt just fine, and so did my skin. No extra dryness, no cravings, almost no winter blues. This is good stuff, and it supplies you with elements you can't usually get in your everyday food routine no matter how hard you try.The capsules are pretty big, I have to say, but I'm doing okay with them, though for some people they might be too big. I got this after very thorough research, and they haven't let me down. Now I want to get Eve&Adam sets for my parents as well.

My Dr recommended these a few years ago and I have taken 1 a day since. I have many health issues and these do not interfear with anything. They give me more energy than any other vitamin I have tried. I like that they a locally made, also.
