This powder makes a fantastic 1:1 substitute for vanilla extract! The fact that it's alcohol-free is a huge plus for anyone who has religious or health-related dietary restrictions, and it's honestly about the same price as vanilla extract by weight. Everything I've baked with it has come out with a wonderful vanilla flavor and scent, just like if I'd used vanilla extract. Great product!

This is not pure ground vanilla beans but it adds great vanilla flavor to baked goods and smoothies. It smells wonderful!

Nice topping for my morning cappuccino. A bit pricy. This differs from their organic vanilla powder in that the vanilla is extracted then infused in tapioca dextrose, while the organic version is infused into organic sucrose. Dextrose is one molecule of glucose (blood sugar), while sucrose is one molecule of glucose attached to one molecule of fructose which is sweeter. The texture of the organic version is more like powdered sugar and clumps a bit, while the non-organic version pours quickly. The organic version is more costly.

My husband had been adding this vanilla powder to his coffee for several years. It is easy to use and adds the flavor he likes. We make sure not to run out!

I wanted t flavor my Black Coffee and i did not due my research well enough. There was no nutritional info but being Kosher, Gluten and Vegan i gave it a shot. First bad sign was no sealed container and some leaked in my packaging. The second bad sign is the first ingredient which is Tapioca Dextrose and that stuff is Bad Bad Bad for us Diabetics. The package and info should definitely be changed.
