Scary experience but great results!
After staying home in the lockdown for months.. I noticed that my immunity had kind of reduced and how did I know it? Every time i stepped out even a lil bit I used to start sneezing. My nose used to have that tingling feeling every few minutes after going out and it lead to sneezing all the time! So I started researching on these daily multivitamins. I read a lot about what is needed and how much and even saw a lot of videos as I was a little skeptical for buying a multivitamin for the first time and that too without a doctor's prescription. You won't believe what happened, initially for the first 2 days my body didn't accept it. I got itches and small boils all over my upper body - chest, neck, back and arms! My stool was loose too. I didn't give up and kept having it irrespective! I was a little scared to continue because of the sides effects and I didn't visit the doctor or tell my family and I continued taking it every day post Lunch. After the 3rd day I was feeling okay and the side effects weren't visible. And i finished the bottle after 3 months and it did help me a lot! These tablets have good quantities of every important element that's needed, the omega 3 is very low but something is better than nothing right! Zinc and copper are very important for improving immunity and this bottles contents contain a major chunk of your daily requirement. So go for it guys!

Very good for old people
The tables are very helpful for our daily strength, particularly for the old people above 60. Since the day I started taking the tablet, my strength increased a little bit, so that I can pursue my daily activities easily.

Expired drug
I ordered omega 3 fatty acid, but got a product which expires in 1 month time..this is such a big mistake
