Do they come with a booklet?

When I was at the OPTP site Franklin had a booklet titled "Happy Feet" and the balls were partially deflated on the cover picture.

How is this worth the money compared to using something like a tennis ball?

Absolutely! I've used tennis balls and golf balls and these are far superior in the way they help your feet. Their flexibility allows you to get them into the edges of your feet and places that would hurt with a ball that is too hard.
