This security box is solidly built and won't simply burst open if dropped. The built-in lock is sturdy, and the push button release system works well if you prefer to leave the box unlocked. The security slot on the back is a nice touch, as it makes it easy to use a security cable to prevent someone from simply walking off with the box. The cash try fits into the box nicely. I just wish they made the coin slots a little larger so that they could optionally be used to sort bills rather than coins. The cash slot works out well, but you need to remember to empty the box when it starts to get full; otherwise, cash won't go all the way in, and can be trivially pulled back out through the slot. Overall, this box makes a nice and simple cash box for making change, and it can also easily serve as a dropbox for people to deposit payments or other sensitive notes.

Super happy with this. I had ordered one without a latch about a year ago and it was making me crazy always coming open! So I went back to the drawing board and this was perfect. I don't need my bills separated at craft shows, but I DO need the dang thing to stay closed while hauling it about. This is light, stays shut, and just what I wanted.Agreed that the lock isn't awesome, but that was not what I was after. I don't think a lock is of much concern if someone nabs your cash box it hardly matters what tiny lock it has.

It was great to finally find a size that would fit in a small drawer. This cash box is like the standard solid style from years past. Nothing fancy, but overall, well made. Nice compartment tray with five curved for coin, and two flat divisions for bills and miscellaneous. The metal is not flimsy at all, and the fit is definitely better than average. The lever allows easy opening and keeps lid closed without locking. The lock would deter opening, as long as box was also protected from theft.Handle is unnecessary due to shorter depth and a handle would only be a nuisance. Space under tray is minimal but has enough room for a quarter inch of loose papers, etc. Very pleased, this box is exactly what we were looking for. Very easy to transport and to stash away. A good purchase if you are looking for an all around standard cash utility box. Would rate at 4.5 stars, if possible.

I bought this for my wife to use at a garage sale she was having. Any thing to help get it over with lol. It shipped fast prime and arrive in perfect new condition. The box is durable and well made and the plastic money separator holds plenty of change and cash. The lock works as it should. For the price it is a great buy, I recommend it

Had a nice drawer and box with storage. Security was good

We have 8 grandchildren and wanted to get them silver dollars for their birthdays and needed something for them to keep them in. My husband had a box similar to this one and we thought we would try it. They are great boxes and our grandchildren did like them and they are a perfect storage device.

The lock is horrible. Only had the box 2 or 3 days, opened/closed the box like 3 times and the lock broke already. First key bent in half. Second key able to open it. Then lock was done. End of Day 3..... and cash box is in my garbage can already.

This is Amazing! I'm using this Cash Box for my savings to Move out of state, rather than a bunch of money tucked away into the corner of the matress, I tucked this in the corner of the room with all the essentials in it, and its perfect. It can even fit a small box In it if you take the money drawer out!
