Best iron supplement I’ve ever used.

I found Hemaplex on 2010 after having the worst bout of anemia ever. After a few days of taking this I bounced back like a champ. Before Hemaplex I couldn't ride my bike for more than a mile without huffing and puffing due to the severe iron deficiency. I had no oxygen being transported to my organs and muscles and at the worst of it I blacked out from lack of oxygen. After Hemaplex I could ride ,20 miles no problem almost over night. It gave me my life back. It has a high level of iron 85mg. I take half a pill. That's enough of a maintenance dose for me. But be careful. If you are not severely anemic this supplement will hurt you instead of help you.

I just opened my package and realized the iron supplement bottle was already opened and had no safety seal. This is really concerning. Unfortunately, I'm now outside the return window, so I’ve wasted my money on a product I can’t even use safely. Really disappointed in the quality control.

I was feeling extremely tired which is unusual for me. I’ve always had lots of energy and it was driving me crazy that I had so many ideas and the desire to do things but my body was completely in a comma like. I have always been told I am iron deficient but never really paid much attention to it until I finally had to. I am going on my third bottle and I feel so much better. I would highly recommend.

I buy this for my daughter who is iron depleted due to running cross country. She says the taste isn't great, but is tolerable if it is really cold and she drinks it with a straw and chases it with juice. She has had good improvement with her ferritin levels after she started taking this. She hasn't had any digestive issues either. Highly recommend.
