Do not buy this product !! only put it up 3 times and on the 4th the shaft broke and is now useless should have know better get what you pay for.My husband and I are 75 he is shielding, how the hell can we send it back?packing gone and with the current UK situation we are just going to have to scrap it. MADE IN CHINA should have Known better.Disgusted.

Umbrella was as described. East to erect - winding mechanism worked smoothly. It would have been advantageous if the central pole could be shortened but the winding mechanism prevents this. Shortening of the pole would result in the canopy being lower - currently the top of the umbrella is over nine feet high - as described. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Ordered one of these but noticed when putting it up one of the ribs was bent. I messaged them straight away and got a speedy response. Initially it was out of stock so was offered a full refund, however I asked to wait until it was restocked. Following day they had received more and contacted me, stating such, and they would send a replacement and I should receive in the next 3 working days. That was Wednesday and I have received it today...Friday. on asking how I return the original, they stated there was no need and to either discard or keep!Really impressed with the company and the product.The parasol itself is huge! But exactly what I wanted. It has a good strong crank mechanism and solid. The canopy is water repellent. Overall I give the product and company 10 out of 10

The product is good but I am facing hard time still finding a proper base so that it can be used; It keeps on falling because of an unmatching base. I still do not know how many times I will order a base to fit this and can be used properly. ALready 5 months passed. EAch time I tried to use it kept falling aside.

100% recommend this product and the company.We originally had one delivered that the cord had snapped and within 48 hours the company had replaced without any trouble whatsoever.The mechanism is sturdy, the fabric is not at all flimsy like some and it's a brilliant size.100% recommended

I don't judge a company by how they behave when things go right. They are supposed to go right, no big deal. However, my delivery was delayed. Hey, it's garden furniture no one died! (Look around at what is important!) They could not have been better in how they dealt with it. Polite, apologetic and helpful. Sorted within 24 hours. Great service, great product. Does the job (covering fish pond), canopy not heavy material so on windy days it needs to be down, overall quite heavy so I intend to fix it in the ground as a weighted base is just not heavy enough if a gust catches it right it will go over. It was bought to help with evaporation of fish pond and it does the job.

I liked this parasol very much at first. It's huge and covers my long outdoor table. Unfortunately the tilt mechanism broke after a few days so now the parasol will no longer stand upright but tilts right over. The seller is not responding to my repeated emails. Really disappointed.
