I bought this one as it has a USB cable and I like this feature the best- no replacing batteries etc for me is the best and easy way to use. This the first electric sharpener I have bought and I am so happy with it. This is a fantastic addition to our stationary collection, easy to use. You can use either USB power cable or 4 AA batteries, if not using batteries it stores the replacement blades & screwdriver. I look after children and have a lot of pencils for them to use, so decided to invest in an electric sharpener!

I'm a teacher and like most teachers, I have to purchase most of what I need including a pencil sharpener. I've been looking for a good electric sharpener, but spotted this crank-style one on amazon. I read all the reviews and it sounded like a good one. I just put it to the test, 48 pencils for my classroom (yes, I buy them too). It's WONDERFUL!!! I will recommend this to my peers as they are always looking for a good sharpener too. I hope my review helps others just as previous reviewers helped me.

I was hesitant to bye this product at first but after looking at other reviews and seeing how positive they seem to be, I went for it and I have no regrets now. It's so straight forward to use that I wish I had one of these when I was at school. The fact it automatically stops when it's sharp is something I've needed all my life , I highly recommend it to anyone who's had the same problems with pencil sharpeners as me. Amazing product.

This is way better than any other pencil sharpener I've used before. I'm a teacher and have bought many, very, very expensive automatic sharpeners from well known and popular brands and they always have some issue or another come up that makes them basically unusable within the year. The price is right on this, and it holds up, and I even let the students use it. Always sharpens any pencil, fancy or basic, and nice sharp point.

Works well for my Inktense pencils and artist's drawing pencils, charcoal pencils, too. It does make a long, thin point--which isn't what you want with delicate "leads." I don't sharpen them all the way down, and that still leaves the tips plenty sharp for fine details. I hoped it would work for my pastel pencils, but they're a bit fatter. This pencil sharpener only works for my standard diameter pencils.

It is not super small like a normal sharpener but it works a treat. My daughter was forever sharpening pencils and then the tip would break or it wasnt sharp or the lead was caught in the blade - needless to say we always had pencil shavings on the floor and pencils that were half the size compared to before we starting sharpening. With this gadget its a quick push in and push out and the job is done. Perfect

I wish I had bought this product earlier. It's easy to use and works very well. We had more than 20 pencils by two little girls, no one can be used.... after I received this sharpener, we have all the pencils sharpened in less than 5 minutes. It makes life much easier. It comes with a USB charger, and it also work with 4 AA batteries. Both works fine. I recommend this product.

This is what I've always wanted. I've been buying pencils before. Big and small. Neither of them works very well. My hands ache every time I finish pinning pencils. It's easy to break. Now I bought this pencil sharpener and it never happened again. You can use batteries or electricity. It's easy to use. Just put the pencil in and fix it. It will sell for you automatically. Children can also operate themselves easily and conveniently. The children liked it very much. This is a good product!
